I met her a week later at The Perfect note in Marrietta and gave her an additional $900.00. She then offered to buy cars from me and another business partner with US Treasury checks, this is when I started to suspect the scam. She created a corporation for one of my businesses and when I submitted the paperwork to my bank, two days later they closed all of my accounts. I went to another bank to open accounts and a week later they closed the accounts, I went to PNC to open the same accounts and they closed then two days later and both banks said that their back office stated that another bank was communicating with them to prevent me from opening the business accounts. I had a very poor experience at this Wells Fargo branch. When I tried to deposit a check, the…read moreteller and head teller refused to process it because the last name on the check didn't match my account, even after I explained it was due to my marriage. I offered to return with my marriage certificate, but instead of offering help or solutions, the head teller repeatedly told me she wasn't sure anyone would assist me when I came back. When I returned with the documentation, I was ignored--no apology, no professionalism, and staff even seemed to find the situation amusing. This lack of care and respect for customers is unacceptable. I would strongly caution others against using this branch.
