Ivan's little shop of hand made wood products I believe, are some of the highest quality doors and windows you will find. They only use the highest quality unburled hard or softer woods, as well as seamless glass, which they will machine craft and form into just about any design you desire. After my decision to take them on, the ordering process was very simple and even though final delivery took a very long time, staying informed by them regularly really helped the time scoot by. The entire crew is extremely responsive and they still truly understand customer service like it use to be. Never once did I feel forgotten or unattended like so many other businesses and in the end, my five oversized windows are absolutely gorgeous, high quality and operate flawlessly. We were told by Milgard Technicians that the windows were not installed properly, go back to the company that installed them which is CWD! Now the rains will come and there will be water entering our home, bugs, dry rot, termites, the problems are endless the remedy seems outside of CWD to correct. They have to be redone properly. I was a little nervous about getting the job done before holiday guests arrived but Daniel moved mountains and got everything we needed in working order. In the interim I see that a number of people have left less than positive reviews. The common thread in many of these reviews seems to be office staff, not their work. I'm here to tell you that after five years I called them again to come to my house and give me an estimate to replace five more windows. Both ladies that helped me on the phone during the process were exemplary - extremely polite and helpful. The estimator that came to my house to measure was terrific, and the two installers that came to install the windows after they were manufactured were craftsman and true professionals! We couldn't be happier with the entire experience or the way we were treated by Javco from beginning to end. I will be the first one to say something negative in a review if I feel I was treated unfairly, rudely, or unprofessionally. There was absolutely none of that here, Javco remains the top of my list of window contractors!
