Where to begin, I was not looking forward to shopping around for insurance AT ALL. This place was referred to me by my boss. We called Luis Q. and kind of explained to him our situation and right away he made me feel comfortable and put my mind at ease. He assured me he will make the process as smooth as possibly, and believe me he did just that and more. We have had our car and home insurance with Mercury through Insurance Partners for the past several years. Luis Quintero has always been our go to person and we absolutely love him. In the past year my husband was in a car accident with 5 cars involved. It was a nightmare, however, knowing that we could call Luis on the spot and have him take care of anything brought peace in a time of chaos. I most recently also had a little incident with my car on a windy day and I called Luis and he took car of everything immediately. Bernardo had me spend over six hundred plus dollars extra than I had too. had me take off daughter from all my policies home auto and umbrella. reason told to me for cancellation was because daughter didn't live in my home to be on my umbrella policy. Bernardo said in order to get reinstated my daughter had to get her own auto, home also umbrella policy. I still got cancelled !! couldn't get hold of Bernardo as cancel date got closer he seem to be out every time I called. did speak to a Luis who tried to make effort to help. due to Bernardo waiting so close to cancel date, had to paid for all my daughters policy's to avoid her not being covered. Luis said the other policies did not have to be done mentioned he would talk to his manager to see what can be done, I never heard back from his manager. Robert Marquez has been my Insurance broker for over 5 years now and his service is awesome!! Originally he got us more coverage on our home for less money! He combined our home and autos to get us better pricing. I then decided to go with him for my business insurance and he continues to really go above and beyond any other insurance guy I have ever worked with. He calls us to tell us when he can lower our insurance or if our insurance is offering any special deals! He recently lowered my auto deductible from $500 to $100 because he told us they just dropped their pricing. We got the deductible lowered for about $25 extra per year.
