Max Kirby has been helping me out with my tune file for a MK7 Golf R. It is stage 2 and we have been having some issues not related to the tune with the car. I suspect it to be PCV related and have 034 motorsports stage 2 catch can kit on order to address the problem. I also have a EQT coil grounding kit to install as well for an ignition coil related fault code. He has been very helpful. And so has an IE customer service rep named Carson who talked to me briefly before referring me to his co-worker Max. Despite issues with CEL and a EPC light coming on, Max Kirby, a powertrain calibrator at Integrated engineering has been working with me on mitigating any issues with my car by taking a look at data logs and even provided me a tune file to try out just to make sure my issues are not tune related. Which I don't believe they are. But still, he could have just told me to replace the PVC valve or take my car to a shop for a in-person diagnosis, but instead he is emailing me with technical support that shows he and IE care. You buy a tune or other product from them, you will get good customer service when you request it. Recently, I did a lot of research on fuel pumps and Haldex controllers. And something I kept finding that EVERY reputable VW Golf tuner like IE and IE themselves has, is 1-2 people claiming to have a bad experience. NOT ONE performance parts or tuning company for VAG doesn't have at the minimum 1 post, reddit thread, forum thread, blog post, article or other car communication platform sorry that is negative. So consider that. Whether the particular feedback story you read is true or not, if you heard something bad about IE, I can tell you that I have read at least 1 person say something bad about all the others. I searched every nook and cranny of the internet for answers back when I researched tunes as well. And it's kind of like people. Nobodies perfect. Neither are companies. And from what I have read and experienced first hand, IE is still one of the best. read more

Bought stage one tune for my Audi had aftermarket turbo with less than 12000 miles within 16 miles of uploading tune my turbo blew up!

Awesome tuner parts, definitely quality manufacturing too. The fact that their product pages have detailed install instructions WITH photos really put them over the top for me. First items I got were for the the entire intake system save for the FDS Intercooler and lemme tell you, it's a helluva bang for the buck. First off it is visually stunning and looks like it's SUPPOSED to be there from the factory. The lines are super clean and the fit in the engine bay is just perfection. The added power from the less restrictive intake wasn't wholly noticeable after first install but once the sensors all began to register more air, she began to kick. Second purchase was the IE turbo downpipe, I was daunted by the install instructions at first but, when the time came their .pdf was VERY helpful and literally covered every nut and bolt that was involved going so far as to list the sizes of tools needed. I'm definitely going to recommend them for any euro car tuner. I've already got my next order in (Stage2 ECU tune and TCU tune) and will undoubtedly be impressed again. read more

Terrible company with terrible customer service. I was having an issue with my intake after their parts not having the correct fitment and after it breaking they kept trying over and over again to blame the issue on my installation which I showed them over and over again that it was not my installation. They gave me no help at all of what it could have been or how to fix the issue and did not refund me or replace my broken parts. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. read more

5 Stars I have been reading everything I can about tunes for a 2013 Audi S4. I must have emailed I.E. like six times in the past few months and each time they answered my Noob questions with solid response not dismissing or seeming annoyed at my lack of experience in tuning. I can't say that for other tuners. Axx Oxx I got my Stage 1, DSG and POWERlink in the mail way late yesterday. I figured it's 7pm I watched all the YouTubes that show the tuning process I'll give it a shot in the parking lot at work. Worst case I figured was I might have to leave it there and call IE when they open in the morning. 20 minutes later after freaking out for no reason I was ready to go with both tunes uploaded. It's silly stupid how easy it was. This tune makes me want to drive my car again. Wakes it up from stock like viagra in an old man. I wish I did this six months ago. I recently purchased a car part for my vehicle because they claimed it caused no excessive cabin vibration (along with performance gains which WERE present). I removed the part days later due to excessive cabin vibration. Since I had installed the part, they were unable to give me any sort of refund. I thought "no big deal, I'll just write a review so this doesn't happen to other unaware buyers". I went into their website "performancebyie.com" and wrote a detailed review on the part; Praising the performance aspect- while highlighting the setbacks. However, the review was NEVER POSTED because a moderated must Accept the review before it is posted on their site. I've submitted several reviews over the course of 90 days and none of them have been posted on the website. So I was a victim of false advertisement and have no way of warning other enthusiasts the risks of buying this part due to IE's nitpicking of reviews. Integrated Engineering is an easy 10/10! Just started working with Integrated Engineering last week when I had purchased: ECU tune, TCU tune, Powerlink device, and the Cold Air Intake. The person who helped me was Aldin Kuric who was phenomenal. He was able to give me amazing customer service over the phone and emails with very quick responses. The customer service here is absolutely insane. Employees (Christian Rojas, to be specific) worked with me completely outside of business hours to fix the issues I was having. He helped me diagnose a boost leak at 9 pm, saving me a ton of time and money. After this, he then worked with me midday on a Saturday to create a discount code for switching tuners, which saved me around $50. I recently tuned my A4 to stage 2 using IE software, and the performance is incredible. Everything runs extremely smooth, and it feels nice knowing that employees like Christian will always have my back in case something goes wrong in the future. I've got to say IE has an awesome store front and customer service was top notch. I went to pick up a part I needed for my car and and I was very well taken care of.
