Some places get that wrong and I don't know if I'm just fussy, but that bothers me. This place got the atmosphere perfectly. The massage was phenomenal. I had to stop myself from drooling. She has a magic power where she can feel the nasty spots and work it out. Lord, it was amazing. She was very gentle but very effective. I'm 8 months pregnant, and if you've ever been in this position, you know it's uncomfortable. Here, I was more relaxed than I've been in a while. I was transported to the deeply relaxed hypnotic state. I didn't need to shift my weight, I didn't need to keep trying to find a comfortable position, I just immediately found it and zoned out. It was incredibly blissful. After it was done, I got that super drunk feeling you get after a good massage. The relaxation was very powerful. I took a long time getting out because I was trying not to fall over, lol. I noticed that the horrible tingling feeling in my legs before I went in there was gone, as well as a headache I had been tolerating for a couple days. Yep, she removed the pain with her magic. This was a wonderful massage. I'm trying to figure out how I can manage going every week until my due date. I cannot give Shasta enough praise. She is a master at this craft!

When I called him 4 weeks ago for an appointment he boldly stated, " the redemptions are too high". He refused to honor the business relationship signed up and agreed to honor with Spafinder. He made the scapegoat of his business decision and lack of integrity. I protested, he relented a bit and offered to call me (if he had a cancellation). I have not received a call in 4 weeks. Imagine the gall to offer me a cancellation only. Then never call! I then went to Spafinder to report the rogue provider. Here is their response, verbatim: "Subject: New Customer Service Inquiry from Customer Service Inquiries We have resolved your Case CS5084449. Please see the comments for your resolution. Resolution Notes: Hello Rick, Thank you for reaching out to Spafinder Support! First of all, we are sorry for any trouble this matter may have caused you and upon research for the spa in question, the spa is active with us, and we hope it has been only a misunderstanding with them, we have reach them to reinforce our gift card redemption process and also to share them our business contact number." I advised Spafinder there was no misunderstanding and a subsequent July 29th email to Tiglat after they supposedly resolved the "misunderstanding" went unanswered to date. By now I understood integrity and a sense of fairness was never forthcoming from Healing Ki massage. Here is the current situation and it is also verbatim from Spafinder: "Case Resolved Subject: New Customer Service Inquiry from Customer Service Inquiries We have resolved your Case CS5084449. Please see the comments for your resolution. Resolution Notes: Hello Rick, Thank you for reaching out to Spafinder Support! We sincerely apologize for any trouble this matter causes you, and our management team has been informed and the spa locations have been deactivated from our website, we recommend you looking for another participating location around and make sure to call them upfront to confirm availability and your form of payment. A case has been assigned for your request: CS5084449. Need I say more, Spafinder makes it perfectly clear who is a fault here -- Tiglat. The company name suggests the polar opposite of the way you decided to handle your responsibilities as a businessman.

I was stressed trying to find someone who could work on my knots and relieve the pain. Yelp has always helped find a great resource in the past and this was no exception. I found Claudia here on Yelp and she was a total blessing. Her studio is comfortable and clean. I explained what my body had been going through and she quickly threw out some suggestions as she started to get to work. She found some trouble spots right away and really worked on them. It was sort of that pleasurable pain that comes with muscle tissue. As it's worked on, it can be a bit painful. However, after it is worked on, it feels 110% better. That was truly the case here. I mentioned that if she found additional spots to kneed out, to please keep going. She certainly found and kept going! Definitely longer than your usual session, but OH SO WORTH IT! Once I filled out the requisite paperwork she asked a few questions including: Have I experienced a Thai massage before, what I would like to get out of my massage, how much pressure do I like, what would I like her to focus on, whether I like to be stretched, if I have any injuries, and if I would like to be treated with hot rocks and/or CBD, and finally if I would like the massage oil washed off with hot cloths. She is on top of her game for sure. I really enjoyed her exceptional skills and attention to my particular needs. This small studio is tricky to find and has just opened up. She specifically said she checked with the massage therapist and confirmed it was okay. I drove over right away, only to be told by a different front desk person that they could not accommodate me and that the only option was 5 pm. There was zero effort to understand the situation or acknowledge that I had driven there based on what I was told on the phone. It felt like they just wanted me out. When I asked for the manager, she was called and then said the massage therapist was actually out sick. So which is it? How do you give completely different information within 10 minutes? This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. They clearly don't care about their customers. I will never be back.
