I obtained a loan, got insurance for the vehicle, only to be told that I had to physically be there for the vehicle pickup, even though my wife had a Power of Attorney, which we had spent over $100 getting made and sent out to my wife for specifically for this vehicle. A few hours before pickup, I got a rude text message that the car was sold to another buyer, with no apology or explanation. Unprofessional dealership. I don't recommend giving them your business.

The staff was extremely nice to me, so I have to separate my review from the excellent staff and the policies of the dealership owners. This dealership visit was free (it was my first). The only thing wrong was the cabin air filter needed replacement. The charge was over $80 to replace. And they already had removed it as part of my free service. So I was soaked. It just reinforces what almost everybody says about dealers. Way way overpriced. So unless I have a warranty repair I will be taking my Honda to a wonderful independent garage around the corner from my house in the future. Even when I purchased my last car a Toyota, back in 2000 that dealership manage to overcharge me in excess of $500. every time I visited. How can dealers expect people, especially in these tough economic conditions to pay those overinflated charges? But again, the staff was wonderful to deal with!

Neither manager bothered to return my phone call (even the one who promised me that he would look into it and get back to me). I will never return to this scummy operation.

My complain is how they now handle credit cards. They did not tell me before the work was done that there is a 3% fee for using credit cards. Also, there is no line item on the bill for the credit card fee. I have a credit card receipt that does not match my bill. (Not good if I'm audited.) I asked if I could get a new bill with the credit card fee listed so it will match the receipt. I was told the ticket was closed and there was nothing they could do. Keep this in mind if you plan to use a credit card here!
