As I have looked over some of the reviews, thos company os never at fault and always seems to have a retort to consumers who are expressing their dissatisfaction. As a reminder, Yelp is a mechanism for us to express out opinions; the voice of the customer must ALWAYS be considered.

I tried to get a response from the text chain that was initiated when I booked the appointment, called 2 different phone numbers I could find online and emailed as well. No response. Then 3 hours later they get back to me and I asked that they still come. The issue with my car was concerning back brake lights that would not turn off and were draining the battery. The mechanic inspected and diagnosed that I needed my brake light switch replaced (also back brake light bulbs were burned out). He quoted me $420-$460 to fix it (that price included the $140 inspection and fuel surcharge fee). That sounded crazy to me so I just paid the $140 base fee said forget it, don't do the repair. I did some research on YouTube and checked out the situation myself, and it turned out to be just the rubber bumper piece that depresses the switch that had rotted and I was able to replace it with a bolt and washer I had on-hand for free. And anyway, if it had been a bad switch, that part only costs $10-$20. I'm pissed that the guy was going to over-charge me and I can't help but think it was because I'm a woman.

Picture this: I'm trying to buy this amazing Neon Kona from another dealership in New York and they…read moresell it the morning they said they would follow up with me to process the purchase. Devastated. Angry. Resilient. I call Wolfchase since I saw they also had one and it had relatively low miles. The lucky guy to pick up the phone: Shad. He could hear in my voice my frustration, and I explain what happened and tell him I want this Kona but I live in Phoenix - can he help? Well turns out he can & did. He made sure to calm me down and walk me through the process and ensure a smooth purchase. There were a few hiccups (to be expected since I'm an out of state buyer doing all of this virtually) but he always communicated clearly and effectively and I got my car! It's a beauty and I am beyond thrilled. Dealerships can be intimidating and challenging, but Wolfchase Hyundai and more specifically Shad blew my mind with their 'above and beyond' guest service. Thank you Shad & Wolfchase Hyundai!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING FROM HYUNDAI WOLFCHASE!!!…read more I was going to be quiet about the matter and continue a passive attitude towards the situation, but we are still running into issues regarding the service this place provides. My wife and I decided to look around just to get an idea of what was available. We were not really looking to buy that, especially since we had plans for our 1-year anniversary, but we were open-minded if the deal was good. After looking around and talking with a representative (won't say his name because I'm not entirely sure if he's the cause), we came across a 2017 Santa Fe that was within our budget, and when we asked for the soft numbers to get an idea of what everything would look like, we decided we were ready to seal the deal. The first issue was that it took them 4 hours to do. Secondly, they wanted to only offer $1000 for my trade-in. My trade was a 2013 Ram 1500 crew cab with about 140k miles. I still owed about $12k on the truck, and the radio and electronic speedometer weren't working, but it was running fine as our everyday driver. I expected to at least get $5k out of it. Once we told them to run the hard credit checks and give us the real numbers, we didn't hear from them for another 3 hours. Then, when we heard from them, they tried to sell us a completely different car. Then tried to play it off like we got a better deal since it was 0% APR, but the monthly payment was going to be $400 more than the original car we inquired about. I then had to speak with the broker to see why in the world this was happening and why no one was giving us any answers. He tried to blow everything off like it was fine, and that we were informed the whole time. Only then did he say that if I forked over another $1000 as a down payment (granted, I had already offered $9k), they could give me $4k for the truck and secure a deal for the original car we wanted, but without any warranty on the vehicle. We decided to go through with the deal, especially after spending more than 8 hours there with our twin babies. Fast forward 2 weeks, and we get message after message about the payoff price for our trade-in and our cosigner's address, even though we gave them all that information when we bought the vehicle. It took them another 3 weeks after this to actually pay off the trade-in. Fast forward 2 months since we bought the car, and we are now finding out that they ran the credit not once, not twice, but SIX times. When we called them to ask about this, we were told to just dispute with the credit bureaus. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WARN EVERYONE HERE TO STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE. I will not be buying from here again, and I've informed all family and friends not to come here either. If you do come here, I would suggest only speaking with the Asian man, who I believe is a manager. I can't remember his name, but he was the only person in this whole ordeal who had any customer service etiquette and was friendly and pleasant to speak with.

Kudos to Martavion at Wolfchase Honda…read more He and Abdul, the Service Manager, have shown nothing but patience and professionalism with me. The service manager (Abdul) came out personally to greet customers, and when I shared my concerns, he made sure I was fully taken care of. I've been calling because I was still having issues with my brakes, and not once did they become impatient with me. They always returned my calls when I left voicemails and made sure my concerns were addressed. Hopefully everything is finally resolved and I won't have to bother them anymore about this issue If you're looking for great service, go see Martavion at Wolfchase Honda and tell him Celia sent you! Thanks again, Tay and Abdul!

This is a dishonest dealership with Bait-and-Switch Pricing…read more I recently attempted to purchase my mom a vehicle from this dealership and was completely disappointed by their dishonest sales tactics. They advertised a 2025 Honda Accord Hybrid online with an Internet Price of $35,410--including a listed dealer discount--but when I got to the dealership, they claimed the price was $36,925, conveniently ignoring their own advertised discount. This is a classic bait-and-switch move to lure in customers with lower prices only to push a higher price once you're there. Even when I showed them proof of the online price, they were unwilling to honor it, offering no reasonable explanation. If you value transparency and honesty, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. There are plenty of dealerships that won't waste your time with misleading advertising. Listed below are the salesmen that I spoke with: *Salesman: Jerry Hughes *Manager: Tim McCray UPDATE: As an update, we purchased the exact same car from SOUTHAVEN HONDA and had a much better experience. We were in and out in just over an hour. The team was professional, fair and more than willing to negotiate. The car was listed at $36K and we purchased it for 33K. Take your business to Southaven Honda and ask for Clayton. You will get a GREAT deal!
