Follow up: Diane from this place decided to go on the defense later the day that I posted it and claimed they would never pass these tires - BUT YOU DID! Do you really think I would swap them for 4 other tires just to complain? I don't even OWN any other tires! Your company only has less than 3 stars overall (which is overly generous),so that says enough! WHY would I go to the trouble to make this stuff up? As far as the electrical, I noticed that night I first took it home that the brake lights never shut off and could not BE shut off - that's what I assume kept draining the battery - you DO inspect brake lights, right? Or maybe not, considering your "expertise" inspecting tires. "Integrity Auto" - what a farce! You have a lot of nerve calling me a liar when you are such a shoddy joke! After your nasty response, I've already contacted the Better Business Bureau and will follow up with the State Police. Original post: No stars if they let me. The worst experience I've EVER had ANYWHERE, and I'm 65 years old. Took my car in on July 2nd for a simple inspection, but they somehow completely messed up my electrical system and I needed to get a jump start from strangers three times in the next day. Took it back a day later because they had said I needed brakes and then they kept the car for five days, claiming I needed other things done and then charged me a fortune, including "fixing" what they had screwed up in the first place, which was why the battery kept dying. I didn't have a car for the entire July 4th weekend and more, which made me miss two family get-togethers. Then, less than two months later, THIS is what the tires that they had just passed for inspection looked like - my wife and I could have been killed if I hadn't noticed it by chance. She works from home and I am retired, so we seldom go ANYWHERE, but THIS tire and the other three badly worn ones passed. I had to buy black duct tape just to get it up to Costco for 4 new tires (see photos - these are two months after they passed inspection). Liars and thieves - go to Car Doctor instead. They should change their name to something else instead of Integrity because that is the last thing they are. Took my truck there for an alignment after I had some suspension work done at another shop who doesn't do alignments and what do you think happened! Integrity said that my suspension work needed replacement! I showed them the recipe for the work performed and they changed their story and said it was the other side. They said the ball joints were bad but never put the truck on a lift (I could see it through the window in the office). First off you can't check ball joints when the vehicle is under load (look it up) and second, they were brand new! Needless to say I told them no and took my truck to a shop in Fredericksburg who said everything was great and did the alignment job. Never again will I go to "Integrity". Others have had similar experiences. Go elsewhere unless you like spending good money on nonsense. read more

Wait was a bit long but that's normal with all inspection place because it's first come first serve . were recommended by discount tires. Will definitely be back for more auto care. I had my check engine light go on went to autozone to get the result.They ran the test and said i had a small leak in the system.I went to Integrity with the paper and handed it to the guy at the desk. He asked me where the leak was i laughed and said that is why i'm here for you to tell me.He then tossed the paper at me and said it is useless. I could not believe he asked me where the leak was I then asked what will it cost . He said it would be $ 260 to test for the leak. JUST FOR THE TEST!!! I then went to Car Doctor across from Lake of the Woods, The girl at the desk was great said it would cost $99 for a system check. The final cost was $ 132 total half of what Integrity wanted just for the test.We moved here recently and had my cars inspected at Integrity. Both cars passed but they said my Chrysler would need brakes and rotors soon and would cost $920 I asked at Car Doctor the girl looked it up and said $ 650 to $ 700. The only thing good about my visit were the employees working the front desk. They pulled my vehicle back left it on the lift for an hour. They were laughing and there was horseplay in the automotive shop. This is dangerous and could get someone hurt. After barely looking at my vehicle they failed it. So, with the horseplay occurring I'm not sure what got looked at. Definitely, we will never go back. I will have to pay another shop inspect my truck. read more

I take my 2011 Chevy Silverado 1500 truck in for a tire repair. They repair the tire, however never replace my center wheel cover. When I went back in to ask where the center wheel cover was, the reply was you must have lost it on the road. The blame was put on the customer instead looking or admitting the that they never put on the wheel cover in the first place (poor customer service). I had to reorder another wheel cover at my expense. I will never return for service again. read more

I took my car to Integrity Auto for an oil change and an inspection. It's a 2019 with 66000 mi. I was shocked when the mechanic told me that it was rejected because it needed struts on both fronts!! Immediately I went to another auto shop where 2 mechanics looked at the car and could not find anything wrong with the struts!! Beware of this business...no integrity there!! read more

The staff here are some of the dopest people I've ever met , I caught a flat tire in the middle of no where and decided to drive to the nearest lot ( which was integrity auto) although they don't sell tires Chris coubert and his staff took it upon themselves to stop what they were doing and call about 20 tires shops and 20 tow truck companies to help me out in my situation. I found a place and got 2 tires delivered to their location and they charged me a very very reasonable price to mount the tires for me, I don't think you come across good honest people like them too often. I have been a customer of Integrity for over five years now and my brother even longer than that. In the past I've had very good experience with the owners, but I haven't seen them the last two years and it really shows that they are not around. I have a truck that Integrity has inspected for five years in a row and it is an older model. I brought it in for inspection. They called me and said that there was a brake light on in the car and without diagnosing, it would not pass inspection. That brake light had been on intermittently since I purchased the vehicle eight years ago and they had inspected it in previous years with that light. I asked how much it would be to do diagnosis. She said $130 plus repair and I chuckled and said that was pretty high for a light you guys have seen many times before, she said got an attitude and I could hear a guy saying stuff as well (I believe I was on speaker phone) she said- what do you wanna do? I said go ahead and do the diagnosing as I don't have a choice because you're telling me it can't pass inspection without it. She said yes I said OK go ahead and do it. We hung up the phone she called me back 20 minutes later said oh by the way the mechanic now says you need four new tires. your vehicle is leaking power steering fluid and diagnosis for the brakes so all told $2500. I'm so confused!!! If it was going to be $2500 and all these things were wrong (I would have led with leaking power steering fluid ) with the vehicle why didn't you tell me that before I laughed and said the cost of diagnosing that interior light was pretty high??? No- you waited until after I had made you angry, then called me back and said hey all this other stuff wrong with it now???? The whole thing is now suspicious. I love the convenience of the location, but continually have issues with service here. Today I made an 8:30 appointment so I could get my car serviced before work (simple oil change), and didn't get to drive off until 10:40.... Yes, a whole two hours and change later, making me very late and jeopardizing my job all while they let my car sit up on the lift. I dropped my car off at 8:20, my wife followed behind, we dropped my son off at school, and ate. Arrived back at the shop an hour later to see my car sitting up on a lift, figured they were almost done since over an hour had passed. I called to check, was told a half hour, seems ridiculous, but I got out as my wife had to leave. The "half hour" came and went. Here we are, an hour and 45 later, still no car. It wasn't until I went back to the desk that they told me they decided to work on other cars since they thought it was just a drop off... I made a clear appointment the day before, letting them know I had to see patients, I also called at 925 to see how long, so even then their "half hour" was baseless as I didn't leave with my car until 10:40 (over an hour later). I have let it slide when they forgot to actually change my oil, making it so I had to find more time to take my car back to get the service done, since they were genuinely apologetic and willing to do it at my convenience at no charge. The last time I took my car in, they assured me it would be complete by a specific time, just to have it done two hours later, again, making me late for work. I understand things happen, but today was all the more frustrating as it is the third or fourth time that I've had an issue in the past year and a half and that they seem to not care. read more

Why tell me to come back when they won't see someone... that's called an appointment. I was in a dire situation with a failed inspection sticker, a permanent ABS brakes error code, a long commute and my 15 day grace period running out. Chris and Keith were able to accurately diagnose and quickly fix the problem (Rear Wheel Sensor and Hub Assembly) and do the follow up inspection to get me back on the road while I waited. Their pricing fell in line with the research I did on the problem and supports their name Integrity. Run away! I took my car here because my check engine light was on and I had an issue with the exhaust so I could not pass inspection but the car was driving fine. They charged me $104.40 diagnostics fee just to tell me that I needed a whole new exhaust system to include a catalytic converter. They quoted me thousands of dollars to do the repair , or , offered that I could bring in my title, give them my car, and they would waive the $104.40 diagnostic fee. I could not afford the repair and since the car was driving fine before I brought it in to them (and they didn't tell me anything otherwise) I opted to just pay the $104.40 diagnostic fee and pick up the car. As soon as I drove my car off their parking lot, my car, which had been driving fine before I brought it to them, stalled in the middle of the large intersection in front of their shop. I was luckily able to get the car into the parking lot of the shopping plaza across the street and that is when I saw another mechanic shop. The mechanic shop across the street was able to fix my car for a fraction of the price (more like hundreds of dollars, not the thousands which was told to me by Integrity) my car is now completely fine and passed inspection thanks to the nice mechanic shop across the street from Integrity. My recommendation would be to not trust Integrity!!! read more

I took my car there to get inspected the other day and on the way home i had to drop it off at Breedens auto repair (best place around) because i thought the hub went out. Come to find out the next day the mechanic at breedens took a video of himself taking my tire off to show me because the DUMB ASS AT INTEGRITY forgot to tighten my lug nuts, 3 fell off broke 1 stud and was riding on 1 lug nut. The owner of the WORST SHOP IN VA will not pay for it after saying he would. Keith then told me over the phone that his mechanic DIDN'T EVEN TAKE MY TIRES OFF TO INSPECT THE VEHICLE BECAUSE IT ONLY HAD 80,000 MILES. DO NOT i repeat DO NOT bring your vehicle there! I took my Prius in for an engine light. They changed some parts for over $400. Two days later the light came back on. They've now had the car the second time for over a month! They said it now needs a whole engine, which I agreed to. Each time I call they push me off another week or more. Tired of the B.S. Just want my car back. read more
