Great service! I have never posted a review online for any company, product or service. The friendly, competent and helpful service I received there deserves mention, so here goes..... This is the second time I have used Culpeper Tire. Both times they were very helpful in directing me to the proper tires for my vehicle that fit my needs and finances at the time. They were able to get my tires installed the next day. My commute brings me by there right at their closing time and Chris waited for me to arrive. He was very conscientious about letting me know what service was needed for my car although I do my own maintenance once the dealer freebies run out. I have taken my cars to many different shops over the years for various reasons and have met some pretty shady folks. I do not get that impression here at all. I'm pretty sure they even gave me a valve stem cap that I was missing! I know a lot of folks in Culpeper have long commutes and can rack up some miles on their cars. Give this place a try. read more

I have come here a few times and this place is by far the most thorough repair shop I have ever been too. I took my car in three times to other places in the last eight or nine months complaining that something seemed to be wrong with my car when I brake. All three times the other shops told me nothing was wrong with my brakes and gave my car back. I brought my car in to have new tires put on recently and the mechanic told me I needed new shocks and struts. I'm guessing the other shops did not look at my shocks and struts, which explains why they could not find anything wrong. The point is if you bring your car in to Culpeper Tire and Auto they will look in more than one place to find the problem, unlike some other shops. read more

We took our 2 cars for inspection&service.They are very good keeping scheduled apptments; very important during this COVID-19 situation.They also have excellent Protocol for Social Distance. And best of all, they did a fine job, were very thorough and reasonable fees.They also send you by e-mail a detailed report of what your car needs and they don't push you for repairs that are not necessary.Which means they are considerate of your wallet. A small shop locally owned and operated by an experienced and top notch ASE certified mechanic! They did such a good job replacing my Accord clutch that I take all my vehicles to them for maintenance. They are reasonably priced and provide excellent results. It is very hard to find auto repair shops that are not way overpriced. Culpeper Tire & Auto has fair prices, the staff is friendly, and the mechanics are very knowledgeable.
