Do NOT get your vehicle inspected here. They didn't know what they are talking about, told me that my exhaust didn't exit past the cab of my vehicle when I have video proof that it does! Then I tried to explain my thoughts and their only response was to cut me off continuously and shut me down. Horrible customer service and will not be returning ever again. read more

I needed an inspection in an area I just moved to, so I checked Yelp. This place was close to work, and had good reviews, so I decided to try it. It was great! I called around 1 pm to see if I could come in, and they said no appointments are necessary. I got there, turned my keys over, made a cup of coffee, and settled into the comfy chairs to do some work. They have free Wi-Fi which is a nice convenience. I was out in less than an hour, and they did not try to sell me on anything else. Everything was very clean, including the bathrooms. I had heard some good things...then I took my Scion there for an inspection. They came back with 1200.00+ of work in order to pass me. Fine. Then I had some friends have some really bad experiences with them, but I chalked that up to them, not AA. Even with my 1200 bill. Then...I come in with another vehicle...for an inspection, different vehicle, and I end up with 800.00+ bill to get passed! I can only conclude "inspections" with AA are just a way to gouge customer for as much as possible. Please, under no circumstances should you ever, ever go here. Just providing an update. After the 800.00 bill for the inspection, took it to get inspected somewhere else. And guess what...it passed. Don't say no one told you. read more

I am impressed! While driving from out of town my engine light came on. I stopped at Avanced Autozone where the code suggested o2 sensors or wires. Even while busy, Gary and Dillon agreed to quickly take a look and indeed ordered the needed part. There was only one store that had the universal fit sensors for my car and sadly Gary told me it would not be a perfect fit. It is amazing that he was so kind to tell me that he would be doing me a disservice to put in a part that would only fail again. They checked my tires and fluids and sent me on my way. We took his truck to a reputable repair shop and they ordered a $5 part and recharged it and charged us $75. Avoid this shop they are not honest. read more
