Absolutely terrible experience. My truck came back 2 quarts low after an oil change, and a cracked rim I brought in to be welded wasn't touched at all. Instead, they slapped on 15-20 wheel weights--some stacked on top of each other--as if that counts as a repair. Refunds were issued, but that doesn't fix the poor workmanship, wasted time, or the serious safety risk. I wouldn't trust this shop with basic maintenance, let alone anything important. Corporate needs to step in--this level of service is unacceptable. read more

Went here last year and purchased four 24" tires for my SUV and paid extra (an ungodly amount by the way) for the warranty. I went in last week and they told me they no longer service 24" tires due to them getting rid of the equipment. They offered no other remedy or assistance. So basically they screwed me out of the warranty I paid extra for. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! read more

If you are a woman do not go here. They will try to take advantage of you at every turn. I came in to get a standard oil change and was charged for synthetic, I showed a coupon to the guy who checked me in that included a free tire rotation that they did not do, and he came out showed me a practically white filter (that I changed myself not that long ago) and recommended I get a new one then told me my battery was bad. Whatever that means. He acted annoyed when I said I didn't want a new $300 battery and had to go outside and yell at the mechanics to not change my battery because I'm pretty sure they were getting ready to change it before I said yes or no. This place used to be good but has seriously gone downhill. I should not have to be on guard to get simple car services done and not be taken advantage of. 0 stars. read more

This place is TERRIBLE and you should not go here for any reason. I went in to have them add a Bilstein 5100 leveling kit to my truck which included rear shocks. Well, they put the shocks on my brand new F-150 upside down and when I went to have them fixed/flipped, they said that they wouldn't do it. Why? No idea. But do not go here, it's under new management and not an honest or trustworthy place to take your vehicle anymore. Crazy that their name includes "Integrity" HA! read more

Do not take your car here. There is something underhanded going on. We took our 2007 Jeep in for a rattle in the front and $4000 later we had even more problems caused by them. The car isn't even worth much more than that. There is so much wrong with this place that I can't even describe it. Not to mention they charged us twice for several repairs. We did get our money back though. Just a bad place to do business with. We are trusting people generally but we were wrong in choosing this repair shop. They certainly don't even know the definition of integrity. Be careful if you use them for anything. read more

I've used these guys for numerous things from full synthetic oil changes, tire rotations to replacing power steering hose and putting wheel spacers on for me. Be sure to check the tires that they put on your car. I mistakenly did not do a walk around or check the age of the tire. While they fix my other wheel . I was driving down the freeway tire blew out causing about $2,500.00in damage to my vehicle. Other than this mishap and their guys "being new and not knowing, they need to check the dates on tires." I recently moved to Aubrey and on the drive here we had a check engine light turn on in our Volvo. I read some reviews on yelp and gave integrity a call to see if they could check it out for me. They were closing early because of the coronavirus so I went right over. The gentleman working were very nice and helpful. They ran the diagnostic test to pull the code for free which is fairly standard with most shops. The waiting room was nice and they even had fountain drinks if you wanted something... here is where the problems started After they pulled my code they went over the one code that pulled and told me I would need a new thermostat and a sensor as well as a coolant flush. Easy stuff I thought. Then they quoted me 116.52 for the parts and 464.80 for the labor so 623.42 total. I was shocked. I asked the man if this was hard to do and he told me no it didn't take long and I could bring it back on Monday. I went straight to my car and started watching YouTube videos and realized this service took less than 30 minutes total to do. I drove over to an auto parts store and talked with the owner and he told me the parts were under 20 dollars. He gave me a couple places to call. I called and received quotes from 3 places all for under 120 dollars total. I ended up taking it in this morning and getting it fixed for 80 dollars. I waited while it was fixed and start to finish it took under 30 minutes. Integrity was trying to charge me 8 times that and charging 929.60 dollars an hour for labor!! I know things are tough because of the coronavirus but I honestly believe they were trying to take advantage of me because I am a woman and because business is slow. I would never recommend anyone to come here and I will be notifying the bbb for price gouging during this trying time. read more

I have been taking my cars here to be serviced for a few years. Always honest and helpful. Recently I was told by another shop I needed to replace something on my truck. I had Integrity order the part in and when it came time to put it in their diagnosis was I did not need it. Instead of putting the part in anyway Mercedes called me and was honest about the situation and offered a refund for the part and labor I had already paid for. He stood me up 3 days in a row than stole from me, what kinda person does that. If they hire mechanics like that; what does it say about them. Dropped car off and was led to believe my car would be fixed that day.... I had to call shop myself @ 2pm and get the ol "yours is next".... yeah it wasn't. I called back around 4:30 and spoke to Brandon, my car wasn't look led at all day- they had to scramble to get it diagnosed at that late hour. I was advised my original rep Jordan should have told me there was no way the car would be seen that day. Although I appreciate the apology and being honest, I really didn't like being strung along that the fix that wasn't happening. My time is valuable and not being upfront with your customers just really pisses people off. I would have likely gotten it fixed someplace else. I have gone here previously for a fix and I've used the shop just up the road in crossroads. Just be aware that you ask real specific questions about when and how long it will take them to do the work, else you may get strung along. read more

I went in for an oil change and the service was satisfactory. Nothing really wowed me. Employees were friendly. What did freak me out was that Covid-19 does not appear to be a concern at this location. Not one employee was wearing a face mask nor were any of the other 3 customers who were inside the store. Most seats and chairs were separated by less than 3 feet. There didn't seem to be any awareness being made or effort to keep customers and employees safe. read more

Friendly service which is why I'm going to give them at least 3 stars, but knowledge of actual AC issues is not there. I reported that my ac is running cold but just not putting out the air volume. Told them from my research and talking to a friend that owns 4 dodge trucks had the same problem. The condenser in the dash is plugged. I get a phone call saying the condenser checked out find. Soooooo there first and only fix was to put more Freon in and dye to see if it leaking..... ummm Freon doesn't make the unit blow harder just colder. They wasn't much help after that. I brought my car in for an oil change and I was told I needed new brakes right away and the rotors needed to be turned.I decided to have to husband do the brakes and when he took them off he saw that they were nowhere near ready to be changed. They were almost as thick as the brakes we had just bought to replace the ones they said needed to be changed. They were dishonest. read more
