Brought a car to their speedway location for a paint job and body work. The attention to detail in the body work was immaculate. Took their time in properly blocking the car ensuring all the body lines were followed from the manufacturer. This was especially difficult as it was the rear quarter panel that got damaged. Which leads us to the fantastic painter that they have on staff. Metallic paint is so difficult to get correct and man did that person do a good job. The metallic flake in the paint is so good that unless you knew the history of the car you wouldn't be able to tell. I nitpicked the thing to death and couldn't be happier. I have always done business with this company never had any problems. Recently purchased a new car And needed my windows tinted so I took it to crow the guy who always helps me out. Except this time I go, and he says it will take less than the full day for it to be done and I can pick up at the end of the day. After 2 days he calls me. So I go and pick up my car. I wait a week to see if the bubbles came out and set in the sun and they never did. I have taken it back three times now and still have tons of bubbles on my side windows and windshield. I would not recommend going there for window tint. I have called and they are not wanting to help. I will no longer be bringing my business there along w all my friends And family that I sent his way for work . I do not like when company's care more about there money then the quality they do for there customer. read more

I was rear ended 4 months ago, I'd only had my car for 2 weeks so you can imagine I was NOT a happy girl to say the least. It was a small dent but still, it was BRAND NEW! Well i don't know where to start but as I'm more then pretty angry at this point.Back in March 2018 i was involved in an accident, since i didn't know anyone personally in paint & body in Las Vegas i asked around Joey was recommend by someone that we both know.This person talked these guys up and said i was in good hands if they did my repairs. Well i contacted Joey and he had my car towed to his shop. i talked with Joey and insured me everything would be taken care of no worries etc. I told him if you need more time that's ok as long as repairs where done right. So he originally said that it wouid be 2 week turnaround, even though Adjuster said 6 days i didn't think 6 days was reasonable but ok 2 weeks was ok. Well 2 weeks passes car isn't ready he tells it will be few more days i said ok. Few days comes & goes car isn't ready was told by next Thursday come get late affernoon i said absolutely. I come to pick car up it was being clean so i waited about 20-30 mins. So car came out and Joey dad was showing me car, i notice issues without looking at in detail. Lower bumper has overspray all over he went and got thinner to take it off. I couldn't believe that after weeks in shop that they just notice it. He offered for me to come back and fix it as their was some addtional paint that came onto my black pieces around my lower lights etc & grill that shouldn't have been there. Under the hood the repairs were horrible it look like they threw it together and gave me the car back hoping i wouldn't notice them. My fender is out of line over spray everywhere nothing was lined up. Oversprayed between door & fender. I take the car back few days later Joey apologized said he was sorry and would take care of everything. I meet him pointed out what i found he agreed it wasn't done right but would make it right. So car was a week in the shop so total of like 4 weeks for fender damage & strut repair. So i pick up my car again and now i find overspray on wheel repair that was done from accident i didn't see. Bumper is coming off attached area of fender now, looks like paint runs at botton bumper, under hood repairs wasn't done properly and now it's very noticeable. The fender is still not lined up you can see big gap. My hood is opening isn't properly opening right either i don't know other then it's noticeable. Small things like overspray & clear coat run i found in area were they did repair. It's frustrating because i asked them please take your time just get it right but they didn't. I refuse to take it back and now may need take legal action so i can have another shop fix it right. Joey is nice guy but i feel i was let down by what he said he would do that he didn't deliver on. I don't think they have quality paint & body guys because at good shops this kind of stuff wouldn't happen especially with experienced painters. If you have a nice car take your adjuster advice use one of their shops as this what i should have done but i gave integrity customs a chance now I'm stuck with more repairs that i will probably have to pay for out of pocket because of this crap body shop!!!! read more

Somebody ran a stop sign and hit my 2 day old car. The dealership recommended Integrity, read their reviews and reviews for many others in the area. Joey looks like he's ditching school to work at the shop, but don't let that fool you. The kid was all over it. He had things in hand right away. Took care of everything. The only thing I would change is, tell people it will take longer than you expect it to. Then they are pleasantly surprised when they get their car back early. By far the best service I have ever received! Joey's shop was recommended to me by a good friend and I took my beautiful candy apple red Lexus there twice, once because I had backed into a concrete pole when parking and the paint was chipped off, the other time because of damage to the door due to an accident. First time I was worried that a body shop wouldn't be able to match the paint and I was SO PLEASEANTLY surprised that Joey matched the color exactly and my car looked better than new for an amazing price! After the accident Joey's people did not only do an absolutely amazing job on the repair and even detailed my car, but he reserved a rental car, made all the calls to the insurance company for me, took pictures of the damage and uploaded them for the estimate and even checked with the insurance company on the status of my check. Look for a different body shop. I took my brand new vehicle to Honda West for a minor paint defect. They contract with Integrity Customs to do the repairs. It took them 1 day to do the work which seemed unusually fast to me. When I got home I realized they didn't bother putting any clear coat over the repainted any. So I brought it back to Honda a 2nd time and requested they add clearcoat. Honda called me the next day to say it was done. Just before arriving, the dealership called and said now it had too much metallic and looked worse. I don't understand how because the metallic was fine the first time and all they needed to do was add clearcoat. So Honda sent it back to Integrity Customs a 3rd time. Honda called me several days later to say it was done and looked perfect. Well, to most people it probably looked okay. I am more discerning than most and notice the details. The paint defect is repaired but I still have several complaints; 1) there are two areas with obvious lines from where they masked off the paint, 2) it looks like they didn't bother cleaning the surface before painting because I can see dirt and lint under the clearcoat, 3) it took 8 days and me driving 8 trips back and forth to the dealership to get it finished, 4) they put about 140 miles on my car, and 5) it was returned to me on an empty tank. I am very frustrated with this whole ordeal. I would never use or recommend this shop to anyone. read more
