However, my last four visits have been incredibly disappointing due to an employee named Micho(THIS IS HIS NICKNAME) It feels like he is only focused on getting tips rather than doing quality work. I pay $30 for a wash, and while he spends 20 minutes wiping down the vehicle, the results are terrible. He consistently misses spots, leaves debris on the floor, and only details the driver-side rims while completely neglecting the passenger side. My husband has had to reclean the car after our last four visits. As someone who works in a tipping industry, I highly value customer satisfaction and usually tip very generously. I still tipped Micho, but his careless work honestly does not deserve it. I love this business, but management needs to address this employee's performance. P.S the other employees do a great job. John explained the process of refurbishing the outside of the headlights and suggested that I should consider an upgrade to the actual headlight bulbs. He showed me some of the choices and I went with the first level of improvement. Normally this process takes about three hours but mine ran longer though. Buy it was worth the time and the money. Even in the bright afternoon sun, I could see the headlights shining on the buildings wall in the parking spot my Prius was brought to. While night driving still bothers me, I now can see better ahead of me and on both sides of the road going forward.
