Honestly, it would've been fine either way, but I love that it was a woman. Every step of the way every one was pleasant to deal with and competent at their job. They have a very dialed-in process and communications. Last, but certainly not least, the workmanship was excellent. We love our new windows and they have made our new home and workshop 100% better! Also, she did not notice that we had 2x6 wall width. My contractor caught that mistake. Next..We had eight foot doors delivered. The customer service with the delivery was pathetic. Lorianne demanded that the driver could not help at all. They wanted our 2 able bodied people to unload....... to be there when they were delivered. Mind you Lorianne was not accommodating as far as delivery timing. She kept changing times which made it difficult to schedule at our end. ....Accommodated her schedule ... ....not mine. Plus she was just aggressive when making all the changes. Her tact in customer service was lacking. The best part of our experience was the delivery driver. He kept apologizing for not being able to help unload theses big doors. He did not help us as per company policy, but I think he was quite embarrassed by this. We struggled but did unload them. You would have thought that paying 12000 plus dollars, for the doors, that customer delivery would have been included.
