I initially called for a repair as my AC motor died. They diagnosed it promptly and offered the fix. Trane repairs are not cheap and my refrigerant was retired by the industry. So, we replaced our AC and Heater at the same time. Their initial offering was at the budget model from Goodman but I didn't want a system that would only last 10 years. I wanted something that woud pair with my replaced Trane system and last over 25+ years. They recommended Amana as their high end and it has a lifetime warranty. However, I was not told I needed to register these units within 60 days to keep that extended warranty. So luckily, I read the fine print and completed that. Its almost been two months and the systems are working well! I highly recommend this team for any installations and repairs.

We've limped along with a heater that's been failing for a couple years now, and the entire time Apple has worked with us to make fixes to delay the purchase of a new heater. Everything was up to us, and they supported every decision we made with no sales pressure to add work or new equipment. Our heater did finally fail, and Apple was at the house diagnosing the issues within hours of calling for help. They walked us through choosing the best heater for the house, and we did call around for second opinions. Everyone agreed with the diagnosis, so never once did Apple tell fibs to sell a service! They were truthful and honest, and their prices are fair and competitive. They helped us arrange everything, and within days of setting everything up, the team was at the house to install the heater. By my count, they were at my house for six hours, working straight through, even though I suggested they take breaks. However, the Apple wouldn't quit until the job was done! They were considerate and kind, and left absolutely no mess whatsoever. The job was clean and the new heater area is well organized and easy to get to. They arranged everything with the inspection, and the whole thing was just seamless and easy. And Ron went above and beyond! After thinking about our old house, he gave me a call later to suggest other things we could do to maximize our heat/cold retention and cut down our bills. All of his suggestions were not related to his services, either, but things we could do on our own. He clearly explained the do it yourself work, taking time out of his busy day to make sure our needs were met, even though he would not be doing the work.
