She is thrilled to go there weekly and they take such good care of her. I have utilized the enrichment course so he can have one on one time. They also offer baths so you can pick up a clean dog. If I have a problem with an online order, I can always follow up via email/phone and they are responsive. Hours are 7am - 7pm.

We think she's comfortable with staff and gets plenty of attention. I think that it also helps that we pay for daily playtime. When we arrive, we bring one of her "donut" beds, some "fresh" food and some kibble along with her favorite toy. On longer stays, we also give her one of my worn t-shirts, so she doesn't forget who we are. We often see her picture taken during playtime on the Dublin Creek Kennel website. Unlike some kennels where all the dogs run in packs based on size and temperament, dogs here only run together if they're from the same family.

I'm pretty sure she's made a few friends, possibly even joined a secret dog club. At this point, I'm convinced she doesn't miss us at all, which I guess means she's having a fantastic time. My veterinarian recently went out on maternity leave. With no prior advance notice the manager contacted me and stated they would refill medication through the end of the year for both my dogs, however any veterinary care that was needed for either dog I would have to seek veterinary care at another practice. The manager was rude, and unprofessional when I tried to ascertain what the reasoning was for this. She made multiple comments stating that they've been trying to get me to leave the practice for many years. She also made a comment since she was trying to get my family member to leave the practice for many years. My family member has not been a client if there's for multiple years and she didn't even realize that. When I asked if that's why multiple misdiagnosis is medical errors, etc. have happened. She said yes we've been trying to get you to leave for years. That leads me to believe they've done things on purpose to try to make me mad enough to leave. When you put my animals at risk because you can't be a big girl and have professional conversations that to me is a zero star, but I have to give him one star to make the review. I have referred many people to this practice part of this, and I will never refer anyone here again.

(If you're planning to board during the holidays, I highly recommend reserving weeks, maybe months for major holidays). In the rush of going to the Sunol to beat the 680 rush hour traffic - I completely forgot my dog's food, bed and toys at home ‍. I was too far out to turn around. Once I arrived, I explained my situation and asked if they had any in-house food and how much it would cost. They were so gracious and told me that the can take of the food for 3 nights at no charge - thank you so much!! They'll also make sure to add extra blankets on our dog's pet. I highly recommend this place, and it's always my go-to place for boarding in the South Bay. Been boarding our dog here the past 4 years!
