My review is two-fold: I am writing this review to praise the work of Josiah our pool maintenance technician. He is always polite and professional. Our pool has never looked better! The repair/service team has been great as well. However, I have had multiple issues with the billing personnel, specifically Sherri. The QuickBooks invoices she has sent out rarely have the accurate due dates on them, as I guess she doesn't go in an update each month. I have called and requested corrected statements more than once, explaining I file chronologically, and it was affecting my filing. I made comment to her that it should be just as important to her as at some point, she and Integrity may be audited and that could be a problem for her as well. On December 1, 2022 she sent me an email stating that I had missed a payment in July, 2022 and had been behind one month ever since. I provided my receipt for payment and she admitted that I was correct, but that I had not paid for September, 2022. I sent her copies of my payments for August, September, October and November, 2022. She then comes back with an email response that I only owe for December 2022. She invoices on the 15th of each month and payment is due on the last day of each month. Today is December 2nd!!!! I consider this harassment and her incompetence is inexcusable! One mistake is acceptable, however, this is routine performance with her. I spent a minimum of two hours over a two-day period pulling records and trying to rectify this matter when it never was a matter to rectify! read more

Very expensive and the service doesn't match. The only time I was happy with their service was when I didn't look at my cameras to see what they did. Do you like to pay 40-50 dollars a week for 4-5 min of work? No, me either. I would hire someone else. If you can't find someone else, half-ass it yourself, because that's what you'll get from them. Lousy job all over. I couldn't get over the fact that they had to redo Everything, and whatever they did was an utter disaster. I couldn't talk to the workers because they didn't speak English. The company gave us free pool service for three weeks in recompense for botching a thirty thousand dollar job. So not worth it. Initial appointment for a potential new pool was over 7 days out which was no issue. At 9 O'clock at night PRIOR to the morning appointment I received an appointment confirmation email and the individual wanted to make sure I had a document prior to "design and estimate" (did not mention prior to looking at area). I needed clarification because the message stated we could reschedule the appointment. (I am guaranteeing they are not designing and estimating on the spot.) The next day I said I had the document but was at work and can get it to them late afternoon, (also questioned that they had over 7 days to notify me they "needed" a document). They started complaining how it was an hour drive each way and I was getting the feeling there was no interest in keeping the appointment. Then t was stated they needed it before the drive out, (a different story then before "design and estimate"), and would need to reschedule. I made an appointment on Thursday and you specifically asked if I was a new client, I said yes, you took all my information down and schedule the appointment for two weeks out. Then I get an email two business days later you're not taking on new clients. Why would you have even taken my order if you knew you weren't taking on new clients because of the excessive amounts of repairs your working on due to the freeze. Seriously disappointed. I wish i had read some of these reviews about their pool remodeling before we signed the contract with them. Terrible communication between the project manager, front office and contractors, who would not show up when they were scheduled and then would show up unannounced. We started this project in January and it still isn't finished. I get we were going through COVID and tough weather, but C'mon Man! 6 months and counting for 3 weeks worth of work. When we did escalate to the GM, he was a jerk! I have friends that started a similar project to ours using Riverbend in May and they have been finished for 2 weeks...I'm feeling a little foolish now. outback yard has been a construction site for the past 6 months. Save yourself the trouble and go with another company that doesn't sub out the key parts of the project. Lesson learned! Now I just want them to finish and get off my property. I had my spray deck, coping, mastic, and plaster replaced. It was started in December, now April and they say it is complete. Every single thing was botched. I had to have them back out for everything they did. On the coping I think it was 4 times until I just gave up, although it was much better. Ask for pictures of what they did to start. You won't believe it. Check out the picture in just one spot for the up charge Aqua White pebble plaster. They say this is normal. Different colors, blotches ect. (They had hand mixed a bucket for patch work.) I know because I was here when they did it. Also spots where the plaster has popped out. They say they are done now. (Matt says he would be fine with this result if it were his pool). If this is what you want give them a ring. read more

"Integrity" steadily raised the rates on our weekly pool service while simultaneously dropping the level of service (or not showing up at all). Barely spending 5-10 minutes here before leaving, not scooping leaves or emptying baskets most weeks, basically testing the water and sometimes adjusting chemicals but that's it and then leaving. read more

Cleaning of the pool depends on the guy assigned. Since Lorenzo took over about a month ago this pool has been much better maintained. He is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond his duty. I am very pleased that the pool is cleaned well once a week now. The back office could do a better job of managing other tasks such as filter cleaning and parts replacement done by other staff. Sometimes they are confused as to whether a work order has been assigned or not or parts are available or not. A few times my messages go remain unanswered. I hire a number of professional services and I expect professional results. Though I don't usually post a lot of reviews, my recent experience with working through a complicated issue with Miles at Integrity Pools was exemplary. My request that we take a full birds eye view of the operating system and each component was taken seriously and the solution he offered was a greater success than I could have imagined. My pool and equipment set up is about 15 years old and I wanted to not just keep replacing bits and pieces but to take advantage of newer and better current technology. His estimates were clear and accurate and the scheduling tailored to what I needed, including some temporary measures while we waited for parts. Thanks to his analysis and implementation, my pool system is now working perfectly and doing exactly what I want. It is more energy efficient, easier by far to program, and Miles worked through all of the control and wiring issues that had completely baffled everyone else. I not only engage Integrity Pools for specific service and equipment repair, they also do my weekly maintenance and do a great job at that as well. It took a little longer to get a pool professional out due to COVID19 and swimming season, working with Sharee in the office she spearheaded the entire job, she got Calab to come out on time, he was very professional and listen to my problems, he inspected my pool and advised me my options on what he could do. Next we got Chris out, their leak detection specialist, he was prompt and professional, setup his equipment and jumped in the pool an tested every drain, return, skimmer and any cracks he thought leaking. He found one and we schedule the repair. The following week they came out cut the concrete and showed me the pipe broken, then repaired the pipe, filled in the hole and concrete the top, then painted it the color of my deck and their cleanup was flawless. Before payment was made another pool inspector visited the next day to review the work, he tool pictures and asked was I satisfied, I later believe this was the owner. Great Job read more

If you value your time or sanity I would use extreme caution with choosing this company. My experience has been of horrible communication, mismanagement, lack of priority, blatant lying to my face, and shadiness by the owner. I'll explain my experience and timeline and let you make your own decision.   April 2020 - Integrity Pools was contracted to replace all pool tiles July 2020 - Tiles were cracking/falling off by the skimmer, so they repaired the tile job September 2020 - Tiles were falling off again, I told Integrity Pools that we want any underlying problems fixed since they keep falling off. I was showed pictures of an underlying crack...after Integrity Pools repaired the tiles for a 2nd time. February 5, 2021 - Tiles started falling off again Between February 9, 2021 and March 8, 2021 I received a different story from each person I talked to from just repairing the tiles, tilers randomly showing up to just repair them and promises of phone calls that never happened. March 17, 2021 - The field supervisor showed up and looked at the tile issue with his top tiler who recommended pulling coping bricks by the skimmer, fixing any cracks, replacing all mastic, installing an overflow drain, replacing/repairing all tile that was cracked and falling off, and clean up. The field supervisor said the office would send over a contract soon and the warranty would only cover the new areas of repair, i.e. the new mastic and work by the overflow drain, but the old area would remain under warranty from the original contract. I agreed. Between April 5, 2021 and April 14, 2021 - I received more stories of being on the schedule, a salesperson was supposed to call, my new work was under warranty, but no one knew what was going on.   After all of the horrible communication and different stories every time I called, I decided to get advice from the Good Contractors List, where I initially found Integrity Pools. The Good Contractors List called the owner. After the owner was involved he stated he wanted to do it without a contract. May 13, 2021 - With zero communication, Integrity Pools top tiler showed up unexpectedly to repair the decking, tile and install an overflow drain. The field supervisor now said there would be no warranty or contract, but they would expect payment once the tiler is done. When the field supervisor called back he lied to my face about our March 17th conversation, but said that the office would send an email with the warranty information. Once the tiler finished on May 14, 2021, I asked about the clean up since the entire deep end was covered with black debris. After two no-shows, the technician arrived on the 20th. May 20, 2021 - Integrity Pools technician arrived at 4:45pm. He cleaned up the giant mess that was left to bake on our one year old plaster for an entire week, took pictures of a big stain that wouldn't come up from the bottom and said he would send the pictures to the office. A 2nd and 3rd clean up tech was sent a week later, but couldn't get the big stain out. June 2, 2021 - The field supervisor called and said he would contact the office to schedule the acid wash. I was told I'd be contacted, but never received any info. June 9, 2021 - Integrity Pools showed up unannounced to drain the pool. June 10, 2021 - Integrity Pools showed up and acid washed the pool, but the chemical balance wasn't scheduled. On June 14th, the chemicals were vaguely balanced. A Leslie's test showed 6 items still out of balance that we'll have to correct.   This entire process has been an absolute nightmare. I don't even know how a business can function with the lack of communication that happens between its employees, let alone with their customers. Plus, they wasted so much money and time by just not doing things the right way from the beginning. From not suggesting to correct the underlying issue the first time the tiles fell off to not scheduling clean up directly after a giant mess that caused them to do an acid wash of the entire pool is a complete lack of competence. I regret ever using this company and will NOT be calling them again. read more

First, let me start by saying that this has to be the worst contractor experience I've ever had. Back in January I contracted with Integrity for a complete remodel to the tune of 50k that was to start in April 5, for a quoted 6 weeks including water balancing which would have had it completed around early to mid May, currently no where near completion and will be lucky to use the pool by August if at all this year according to the current timeline.They were the most expensive of all my estimates but I thought I would go with the company with the best reviews. What a complete disappointment. They have all the tools to look great on paper with absolutely no follow through. Poor communication to changes in timeline if at all. Workers randomly show up or don't, call to complain and then the timeline on the portal gets changed. Tile I chose chose in January and verified by Integrity that it was available was sold out from under me after the freeze. Absolutely no accountability. Nothing is their fault, everything is beyond their control. What is in their control is who they chose to sub contract with and their scheduling which is disastrous. Im not sure how they got the rating they have(had), but if you're thinking of a pool remodel company, I suggest you look elsewhere. read more

The management of this company is horrible. However the staff that do the actual work such as Josiah (pool cleaner) James (service tech) Javier (service tech) Sherry (AP) all great people. I have used this company for almost 2 years now. I've spent well over 23k via various upgrades new equip and a complete pool resurface. However when the resurface has an issue it's complete crickets from the company. I have called several times and only when I show up to the office does somebody want to talk about it. But then after that it's back to crickets. When they do send somebody out I was told I should be happy with it and move on. The issue of a crack that leaks where they stopped the new surface below the bricks and multiple divots on the seating area that are truly an eyesore don't seem to concern them. Guess they got their money so they don't care. It's truly a shame too as I said earlier in this review, the actual service employees are great. Best pool people I've ever had. And whenever they suggested a repair or replacement I quickly authorized and never haggled on price. It's Just a shame that the whole management side can't be the same. Truly disappointed. read more

The workers respected our backyard and had a daily cleanup. For example there were no drinks or bottles left around the pool. We have used Integrity for years and have always been pleased with their courteous, professional work. Recently our pool developed a leak. We called Integrity and Anthony came, listened to my concerns, tested various causes of the leak, and then correctly identified and replaced the defective part in the pump. It was so nice to have a knowledgeable professional resolve our problem so quickly. Also, our Polaris seemed to be less and less efficient. Josiah, who services our pool weekly, recognized the problem, took the mechanism in for repairs and had it up and running smoothly again in a timely manner. Their sales person was very professional and responsive. But once you get to the contract stage and start dealing with the rest of the company, you realize that customer service is severely lacking. If you call with any questions about your project, you can only talk to the receptionist who takes messages and calls you back with answers after talking to project managers. So if receptionist didn't really understand the question or the answer generated another question, you have to again wait for the receptionist to call you back with an answer. My project was fairly extensive so this became a very frustrating situation. I couldn't imagine going thru a whole project with a company that you can only talk to the receptionist. Even the sales person became less responsive over time. Thus I decided to use a different company. read more

Absolutely the worst service I've ever had as a pool service company. They charged me $150 for two turn around services to clean my pool before they could start my monthly services. Mind you, my pool was not cleaned even after the second service. I was told that the service guy would come on my weekly Friday schedule and clean it up. The guy came around 6pm when it was already dark and he said he couldn't provide me with my services (which I was paying $195/month for). I contacted company the following Monday and they said they would make sure he comes at a decent time for the next cleaning. Well my next cleaning came around and the guy dumped a lot of chlorine and chemicals in the pool before trying to clean it and then left a note saying he couldn't clean it because the water was too cloudy. Now we are two weeks into my monthly service and my pool was still extremely dirty. On the third week, the guy came on Friday to clean, he was late and it was dark. The next day I noticed he didn't clean my pool correctly. I called the company to express my concerns with the way their pool service has been and how my pool is still extremely dirty. They apologized and offered to send someone to come out and clean it again on Wednesday. Wednesday comes and I get a call that the service tech could not make it out to my house. Now, Friday has approached and my pool is still dirty. We are on week 4 at this point. The tech comes, stays for about 10 min and then leaves. He leaves a note on my door that my pool was serviced according to service plan and chemicals were balanced. He never did a full cleaning because the service plan I chose includes a complete pool vacuum each week. I wait for Saturday morning to come around and I see the pool still not cleaned. At this point I cancelled service with them....my service wasn't the only issue...they charged me $265 (said the $70, was extra prorated for the last day in October that I started my service (no one came out that day). Why not just start it on nov 1? Then they charged me $150 for the two turn around services which didn't not clean my pool. Then they charged me $140 for a filter clean and actually charged me twice for that which I had to dispute with my bank. I would not ever recommend this company to anyone. read more
