If I could give this business a negative star rating, I would. They are the most unprofessional and difficult individuals to deal with. My dermatologist wrote a prescription for a walking boot. I was told that an MD or a DO had to prescribe the boot as well, the office manger needs to review my physician's notes. A dermatologist is an MD, as well, giving out my MDs notes is a HIPPA violation. RUN from this place! They are horrible! Within 15 minutes, I found Hanger Clinic and drove to their office, was fitted and back into my car with my boots! read more

After many months finally was able to obtain (1) pair of diabetic shoes. They finally fit and very satisfied with the shoes. It's a very long process, since the government requires special forms, prescriptions, doctors notes and other documentations before the shoes are even ordered. Patients are told to go & get a pair of shoes without knowing all that goes into being able what is required to obtain these shoes. It's not a regular shoe store, you order from a catalog. Then the inserts have to be measured, the foot sized for shoes.. just so many requirements. Appreciate Diane for helping get this process completed. read more

Really really bad company came out to size me for a prosthetic and when they brought the completed one it was so big that I almost broke my knee trying to stand up out of my wheelchair it's been a month and they still haven't come by to resize it or pick it up and refund Medicare don't use this company They're no good. read more

I would like to tell you about my experience at Integrity. I had only had my imputation above knee left leg about 2 months before going to Integrity. When I walked the receptionist was very quick to get everything set up for me and gave me a warm feeling about this place. I had already received some therapy in the hospital and in home therapy so in my mind it was going to be the same type of therapy. Damian took me right and had me feeling at ease. He explained to me what he would help me with. I was measured casted and had my leg soon after. He had me walking with my new leg and encouraging me to want to do more. I went from walker and today walking with my cane. I couldn't believe how quickly everything is moving. I went from being scared about walking to being proud of myself and wanting more.
