Ordered and had installed a window and slider for a back bedroom. Integrity was very knowledgeable which made ordering process very easy which I performed via both email and phone. So far 4 stars. The installation was 5+ stars - I was totally blown away by how 1 guy managed to install both and trim out in 2 days. Final trim work makes both look like they spontaneous grew there. The name is completely fitting. We have worked with Lana & the guys three times now. Once they replaced two windows that were leaking right near Christmas. The second time they replaced two front windows because one was broken and we wanted them to match. And this time they replaced four windows, a slider, removed a window and slider and replaced it with beautiful French doors, and added two giant transom windows. Also, they replaced old, sad siding with new board siding and stucco. They also trimmed out the interior of the two windows they had replaced on the second job to match the new ones. It's like living in a new (and MUCH better) house. They do a a wonderful job, they never leave until the job is finished, they make sure it is done completely right - even if you didn't know it was wrong and it means more work for them. They take the time to make sure you are getting exactly what you want and check in with you in person when you have any questions. It's funny, sometimes people just pick names that make them sound reputable. Choice of words is important in marketing and in determining how people perceive you as a business before they ever become a customer. Not all companies measure up to their name...Integrity does! That single word perfectly describes how these great folks operate their business and treat their customers...with integrity. We discovered moldy, rotten wood all around our existing sliding door, so we had to replace the old, odd, custom-size behemoth in our living room. After doing lots of research, we decided on Integrity, and boy are we glad we did. They did an absolutely amazing job of actually replacing the existing door, not just doing a retrofit. They even fixed a lot of the rotten framing around it and installed an outdoor electrical socket while they had the wall open (what is it with the lack of outdoor electrical in this damn city?). Everything was amazing, but then 6 months later we had another leak. Guess what? They came out and patched a few places at no cost to us. Then, after we discovered that it wasn't anything they did that was leaking, it was actually some shoddy masonry work, they gave us a quote to fix it and they fixed it perfectly! Didn't even charge us for the previous fix that wasn't even needed. They don't do stone work, yet they were able to help us get it fixed! Remember that thing I mentioned earlier in the post about actually representing the name of your company? Yeah, they do that. Want quality products and a team of folks that stand behind their products and the work they do...call them. You will not be disappointed. I recently bought a 4-plex that desperately needed new windows. We went the new construction route. Integrity was fantastic from start to finish. We even replaced a bunch of rotten siding with stucco and Integrity did the stucco work. The match to the existing stucco was perfect. My next window project need will be done by Integrity. They worked wonderfully with the tenants too. I have a contractor that does a lot of my handyman type work. This has been one of my best experiences with any type of home improvement project. We had integrity replace over 20 windows at our home. From the very moment of initial consultation through the measuring and installing phase Integrity stood up to it's name. Terry who did our initial consultation did an awesome job explaining the process and making suggestions in terms of the type of windows we could choose. Measuring was done by the owner himself and did a great job getting the perfect sizes. I was super impressed bye install crew as well, they worked like clock work and very professional and organized. Just to address a couple of points Lana brings up- I have added a picture of an envelope we recently receive from Emtek. We contacted them because of the exact issues I brought up in my review- slow or no response from Integrity. We waited for an entire week to get ant sort of response to our latest door inquiry, and didn't get a response until after we posted this review. Also, Lana suggests that she covered the cost of trim replacement on our door. While it is true that we made a bad choice on the trim color, Integrity did not cover that. Here is the email with the quote for those replacement costs from Lana. We paid this promptly: "Hi Eric, Your right is was not the material side it was the labor side. My hard cost with no mark up for you is as follows: Trip one Nico charge me 100.00 service fee. Removal and disposal of old trim Trip two, getting materials from The molding Company and installation of the wood pieced 500.00 Material cost was 120.00 Total of 720.00 to you. Can I please put this on your cc that is on file? Lana" On the whole section where Lana talks about me making her cry: We had waited an entire week (as usual) to hear anything back from Integrity about our quote from the shutter company. Lana had told me that she was going in for surgery, and so I was sure to follow up with the front office, not her directly. I was very frustrated at the time because they did not appear to be answering emails. Turns out I just wasn't getting them. According to Lana she sent them, she even showed me a jpeg of the email with timestamp, but I had received no matching email in my inbox or junk email. Lana seemed content to blame this on my email account somehow blocking her, which is just not the case. But I did the right thing, I made a phone call. I told Ragina I was tired of dealing with the delays and miscommunications, and I threatened to pull back the money we paid for the front windows until the issue was resolved. Our children could not open their own windows for an entire month at this point, and there was no end in sight. 15 minutes later I got a very angry phone call from Lana, who was home resting in bed from surgery. I in no way thought that she would be handling this complaint. I CALLED INTEGRITY's MAIN LINE, not her. Integrity should have had Albert or anyone besides Lana handling that phone call, because I didn't deserve to be berated for complaining about my kids' safety. It is ridiculous to me that I as a customer cannot provide this company constructive criticism without being personally attacked. read more

I can't say enough good things about Albert and Lana. We spent over a year deciding on new windows, and probably had 8 to 10 different companies out to the house to give us a quote. All of our windows needed replacing (that's over 30). In the process we learned more than we ever wanted to know about windows, so by the time we met with Lana and Albert it was clear that they knew their stuff. For the quality of windows and work we received, it was by far the best quote. The windows arrived a few days earlier than the original estimate, so we were able to start earlier. Their crew was great: friendly, as unobtrusive as they could be, and were great with our dog! After the project was done, they needed to come out to finish a few little things (like rehang blinds). We were in a bit of a hurry, as overnight guests were expected, and they came in our time frame. After meeting with so many different contractors, I realized how much personal expertise went into the business, and therefore how important it is to get someone who knows their stuff (and has good taste.) Lana was great with suggestions, like having our sliders open in the opposite direction to get better air flow. We had contractors insist we needed a certain type of window for the bedroom due to building code (that we didn't want) and Lana measured and said we were good. After getting 3 bids for new interior doors and a new front door, we decided to go with Integrity after talking with a neighbor on NextDoor about their experience and we were so happy we did! Integrity was actually the highest price of the bids, however, we feel it was a very good investment. The project was completed in April 2017. As most projects go with contractors there are always a few details at the end that get missed or need to be fixed / cleaned up. Integrity had NO problems with this and came back quickly to be sure all details that I felt needed attention were taken care of. This is huge because there are contractors that once the project is done, they stop responding to you and aren't interested in making things right and that is so frustrating. But Integrity took care of everything. In addition, while one of the installers scratched our hardwood floor (in one of the only spots on our hardwood floors that was not covered), the owner immediately offered to pay for the repair which I was so impressed with. I didn't have to ask. Though the scratched floor hasn't been repaired yet, it is only because I am having a very difficult time getting the guy that originally installed our hardwood floors to come back and do a small repair job. The owner said if I couldn't get anyone to fix it that he would find someone that would, again, very nice of him to offer that and I may end up taking him up on that! We decided to go with Integrity Windows to install two french doors - we chose Integrity based on a few factors - 1) they were responsive and the staff at the office/showroom was friendly and helpful 2) the pricing was fair i think - when compared to other legit window/door installers. I converted a sliding door into a french door and a window into a door. We went with Milgard ultra series - So their installation guys were very good - very quick - very clean and cleaned up everyday they were at my house - very knowledgeable and answered all my questions i had for them. They had to take off my precious crown moulding - I didn't agree with it but i guess they had to or else it would have been more work. now to the doors. Although the doors are good - for the price you pay for them - i was expecting better. this is purely the manufacturer and not Integrity. When doors got to the house - all wrapped and protected from shipping - when we opened up the protective covers - i noticed nicks and scratches - not minor random ones - but ones that took the paint off pretty deep. our door is all black - so you can really see the nicks on the door. the paint on our grid lines were just ok - I just figured for the price of the door, that Milgard would have a better product - i wish i got to look at another manufacturer - maybe like a Marvin or something- just to see what the alternative or other choices were - i don't mind paying more for a good quality product. our doors also had the weather stripping fall off right out of the box - and the locking hinge on one of the doors was a little bit bent so it takes way more effort to lock one of the doors than the other. again - this is a manufacturer Milgard issue overall i'm still happy with the doors and the black french doors really makes a pop when you enter the house - almost a focal point now - I've had friends and family come over and comment on how good the doors look. the owners were very responsive during the entire process and they even reimbursed me for a clock that i had damage by accident during the install. there's already a service work order to milgard to come out and fix all the issues i mentioned above. will update once that happens - but was told it would take about a month. overall it was a good experience, thanks guys read more

Pretty good service after a huge screw-up on the front end. I was having 7 windows retrofitted from original aluminum framed ones, mostly on the 2nd floor of my home. The estimator, Terry, was very thorough & took the time to give answers to all my questions. He also made recommendations about a different style of window than the original & why he thought the style would be preferable. Good advice. My wife had a day off on installation day. I asked her to just check & make sure the windows were the tan color I ordered. Low & behold, when the installers arrived, what color do you think every window was? Yes. WHITE! I spoke to the installer, who was very nice, & he indicated his paperwork said white. I didn't argue with him, but asked him to load the windows back in his truck & that they wouldn't be installed. I called the Integrity office & asked to speak with an owner. Albert got on the phone. He concurred they erred when they translated the order from the contract I signed to the order form for the manufacturer. He promised me a call back that day to let me know when they could reschedule the installation. He didn't call. Nor did he return two emails and a phone message placed in the next 5 days from me. After 6 or 7 days, I called again. This time, his wife Lana answered. She acknowledged the original install was scheduled on a day that she was out of the office & that it's atypical for her husband to be a customer interface, but was this time in her absence. She promised to call me back that day (she didn't) to confirm an install team was available on a Saturday while I could be at home. I called the next day & talked to Regina. She did confirm the Saturday schedule & the install went off without a hitch. The lead installer, (Nicholas, I think), was a very nice guy. The team of 4 installers made quick work of things, was very tidy & I am very happy with their workmanship. They also re-hung all the window coverings! Overall, everyone I spoke to here was very cordial. Save for their huge error on the window color & rather poor promised follow-up, my experience was good. We had an great experience with Integrity. We called and within a day or two someone came out to review our options. The price was very good and less than any other place we went to. We have a lot of different size windows and we are in an HOA. They accommodated all of the requests. The team that came to do the work was kind, efficient and clean. They answered all of my questions. There was a small tear in one of the screens and they came back and fixed immediately and rescreened the frame. Not only did they do all the windows they gave us all new trim and took down and put back up all of our plantation shutters and curtains. As mentioned in a previous review, Albert and Lana helped me out with a window issue in 2011. This time, the problem was with some dry rot with 6 of my windows. Albert and his crew came out, expertly removed the rotten trims and replaced them with new matching trims. His crew was very careful to reinstall everything back in the proper order so that rain will not be an issue moving forward. As with the previous job, I am impressed with their workmanship. The cost of the repair job was also fair and reasonable. I feel that great contractors are sometimes hard to find and when you find someone great like Integrity Windows & Doors, you remember them because they make my job as a homeowner so much easier. My husband and I purchased a home last year and they did a fantastic job adding crown molding throughout the house. Put all new fences in and gates that the whole neighborhood loves. They also put a new beautiful front door in. And did a great job finishing off our backyard with pavers and resetting the sprinklers. They went above and beyond cutting away the siding on the house to install trim around my new windows and were totally responsive when I asked them to come out and look a lock that was sticking on the front door.
