Dan is definitely the answer man. I am the opposite of tech savvy and bring a lot of what seem to be very simple problems to him, he solves them quickly and inexpensively. I really like the in-home aspect of his service. As I said, I frequently have issues that are or at least seem to be on the simple side, but recently had a real head scratcher regarding my home Sonos speaker system. After a bit of diagnostics Dan figured out the problem wasn't with the Sonos system at all but actually was an issue with a conflict between my AT&T router and my wifi extenders that only presented itself while interfacing with the speakers. Just had Dan here for a service call and everything went perfectly. He upgraded new high speed routers and installed a music streamer into my 2 channel system. This had been frustrating as most IT people don't know audio and most AV people don't understand software and apps. i was having problems with google chrome and someone suggested that i uninstall it and reinstall it. when i did, i could no longer find my bookmarks or the tabs that i'd set up at the top of the page. If there were a 10 star option for Dan, I would select it! Honest, reasonable pricing and very capable. He suggested to replace my laptop drive which was dying with an SSD drive. He did a new Windows 10 load which removed all of the HP bloatware that was always impacting my laptop's performance.
