I had some internet connection issues with my LG 70 inch TV. Spent 6 hours with AT&T here and 2 hours with LG on the telephone. Calling someone to repair a TV is not something I am used to anymore, but I called Travis based on previous reviews. I had several options from buying a new $1800 TV, having someone else who was going to charge over $500 or not being able to stream Netflix, Prime etc on this TV at all. I called I Hate Computers to repair an issue with our wireless router for our house. My wife's IT department (she works from home) decided to reset the router to troubleshoot an issue, and we lacked the technical know how/desire to reformat the router.
