They in turn dispatched a service from Houston, Texas which is about 60 miles away. They gave us a ETA of 1 hour and 45 minutes which was way too long for a city the size of Spring. We sat in an empty parking lot for over 3 hours before the repair man arrived. The call was made approx. 9pm and the repair vehicle didn't arrive until after 12 midnight. We sat in an empty parking lot in the middle of the night. We were a perfect target for an assault. I had to give them 1 star but they don't deserve that. I'm also going to file a complaint with Farmers Insurance.
