Excellent product and excellent service. I have 2 mostly glass exterior doors. I love all the light and the ability to see outdoors but I was feeling a bit vulnerable at night, and when not at home. I had a roller door installed at each door. These doors are perfect on all fronts and in the winter they also provide a bonus providing a bit of insulation. From first phone call to full installation was about a week including measurement for tailored fit, and return to install. Installation was very efficient. As a new home owner, I find all ranges of customer service levels, and ITI service is tops. Highly recommend. read more

Inter Trade Inc. installed our 16'x10' retractable awning over eight years ago. Through the years, our IT awning still looks and operates like new. The canvas material and mechanical arms have no signs of aging, no wear or tear through many hot summers of service. Last Friday, I sent an electronic message to their office for instructions to lower the pitch of my awning. Having had roll-down shutters installed about two years ago, I was surprised when a couple of the shutters started having problems as I was told there was no maintenance. When I called the company, the receptionist treated my call with urgency and was able to get me a service call despite their busy schedule. Unfortunately, when they came out, the shutters behaved normally!! Once again, when the guys weren't there, the shutters started acting up and the service men came back out again right away. This time, whatever they did seemed to work. I really appreciated the fact that even though my shutters were out of warranty and even though they had a very busy maintenance schedule, they were able to fit me in and my situation was treated with genuine concern for their customer. read more

We have done business with Intertrade for over twenty years. When we first bought our house it had no A/C. All it had was a swamp cooler, which is to say moist hot air. We live in the Valley and have a western exposure. Our first summer was brutal. We found Intertrade while looking for some relief from the heat and bought roll shutters for the back of our house. WOW! We still could not afford A/C, but the shutters gave us a measurable 15 degree change in our house temperature. Eventually we bought shutters for the entire house, and A/C too. We love the shutters. They keep the house cooler in the Velley's extreme heat and warmer in the winter. Another plus is they increase our safety from people trying to get in our windows.
