Issues were threefold: - Eric basically represented and used a facility that does its own direct auto transport. When questioned (because they were cheaper) he highlighted his business as better due to a number of factors. None of these ended up coming to fruition. - the Rando he got to transport my car was horrible. Lack of communication or updates. Ended up delivering the car two or three days later than promised (meaning I missed being able to inspect the car). And throughout the process was full of lies regarding arrival time and why he wasn't delivering on time. - car was damaged during transport but because I was out of town for 2 months after the fact and wasn't able to confirm and share this with Eric (because it was delivered late) I had no recourse for costs to fix the damage. - finally, In reviewing his end of year books, Eric got confused about a voided transaction (I had been charged twice initially and there was a void in his books). He assumed that it was me doing it due to my dissatisfaction and charged my credit card again without confirming the issue with me. He left messages while I was in a meeting and then charged my card without confirming. When I called, he apologized for his angry action but for someone who highlights professionalism amongst his traits, I feel this was way out of line. I was going to just leave things as is and not write a review and leave things as they were in August but given the action he took today I felt compelled to warn others.

I called for an estimate and spoke with Jerry who was very helpful in explaining to me all the different options available and pricing for each of them. The price was reasonable, and this was a company paid move, so I opted to go with the full service package, which includes the packing, loading, shipping door-to-door, paperwork at customs, and delivery to my apartment in the city. I have to say that this was all relatively new to me, but it worked really well. MORGAN SHIPPING did a good job, and I am grateful. They gave me a lot of helpful information on how to pack some of my personal items and the crew arrived early and started packing my TV and big items. Then the big truck with the container arrived on my street in Oxford. We had to block the street to be able to get it as close as we did, so we left one guy to watch the traffic. The landlord was not happy with the big truck blocking the street, but these guys were mindful of not scuffing the walls while moving the big stuff, so he was happy with that. Mike, the head crew was the best. He was very patient with me and very efficient with the guys. They worked the entire time without taking a break. My friend was there to help. She enjoyed watching these guys packing so organized. Jerry from the office was checking to make sure everything was fine and that I was up-to-date with the required documentation for exports, etc. After they left, Jerry sent me an email with the arrival of approximately 30 days. When the container arrived in the US, Surina from the customs office was very nice and helpful in explaining the taxes and everything. She got the container delivered the following day with no problems. I have so much stuff that it did not fit into my small New York apartment so I asked them to store a few items for me. In the end, the overall shipping processes door-to-door was about 27 days. I was a little nervous with the process and the move. Moving companies do not carry a good reputation in general and there seems to always be negative experiences no matter whom you speak with. This, I can honestly say, is not one of those instances. I go back and forth between Oxford and New York work constantly for work, and I'll continue to use Morgan Shipping when I need to move my belongings.

When I ask all the pertinent information, he didn't hesitate in providing information to all questions and clear any doubts on my behalf. Pick up and delivery was on time. The carrier was Unique Delivery, LLC. George, the driver provided an excellent service also. I will highly recommend Mr. Chris Allen (US AUTO MOVERS) for any related transportation needs. I'll tell you that this company exceeded my expectations in many ways! As you can see they took extra precautions when preparing my antique wooden headboard for delivery, which was of the utmost importance to me as it was built by my grandfather. Not only that, but they wrapped multiple items that probably would've been ok without, that spoke volumes to their care towards the items of my house. If it were possible for your houses items to look better than they did before the move, it would be these guys. Would/will be recommending to my friends and family.

He worked his ass off, communicated well, and did everything he possibly could to help us. I honestly have nothing bad to say about him. Unfortunately, Liberty completely set him up to fail. We paid around $13,500 for a full-service move from New York to Nashville that included packing and unpacking. On delivery day, Liberty in Nashville was sent Carlos a day early without even telling us, and they sent him by himself. The only person there helping him was his wife, who wasn't even an employee of the company.What should have been a relatively easy unload into our new house with a full crew and a complete unpack turned into a 13 1/2-hour day. My wife and I had to drop everything and spend the entire day carrying boxes, moving furniture, and helping unload just to keep things moving. By the time Carlos and his wife finally left late that night, the house still wasn't completely unpacked. That's not on them--they worked incredibly hard. They were just never given the manpower to do the job we paid for. They had a 13.5+ hour day at our house and had to drive 4 hours to load a move 2x our size in KY the next mornign early. I can only hope they gave him help there. After the move, I spent weeks trying to work things out directly with Liberty. Amy, our move coordinator, was always nice, but almost every conversation ended with, "I need supervisor approval," and nothing ever really moved forward. Andrew, who booked our move, was fantastic during the sales process, but once the problems started, he became completely unresponsive. I gave Liberty every opportunity to make this right before taking the next step. Unfortunately, we couldn't reach a fair resolution, and I ended up having to file a charge dispute with American Express. I was simply asking for a small refund back to compensate and make it right and they couldnt even do that. This review isn't about Carlos. If anything, I feel bad for him because he was put in an impossible position and did the best he could. My issue is with Liberty's management, their planning, and the way they handled everything after the move. When you pay over $13,000 for a full-service move, you shouldn't be spending 13 1/2 hours unloading your own truck and then fighting for weeks afterward just to get the company to take responsibility on a small scale. I realistically should have demanded more than the measly 15% i asked for. I hope they figure it out because they have good people working there. They just need to do a much better job supporting them and standing behind the service they're selling.

    I am filing a complaint against Ship Auto Now LLC regarding deceptive business practices and…read moreinterference with my efforts ship my vehicle. May 2026, I contracted with Ship Auto Now LLC and worked with broker James Brown to arrange transportation for my truck. Mr. Brown quoted me a shipping price of $1,150, which was within my budget. However, after 12 days, he was unable to locate a driver willing to transport at that price. Because of the delay, I requested a refund of my deposit so I could work with another transportation company. Mr. Brown became upset and stated that I would receive my refund within 3-4 business days. During that same conversation, he told me he would place an alert on my truck so that no driver would accept it from another company. I did receive my refund, but after I began working with another auto transport company, I discovered that on May 29, 2026--the same day I requested the refund--Ship Auto Now LLC posted my truck on the industry load board for $2,500 under Ship Auto Now LLC's name. The posting included my truck information, origin and destination pickup of June 12, 2026 or later. I have screenshots of the load board posting as evidence. This posting directly contradicts the $1,150 quote I was originally given. It appears that the company knew the actual market rate was approximately $2,500 and still quoted an unrealistically low price to secure my business. Furthermore, the load board posting remained active after I terminated my agreement and requested a refund, creating obstacles for other brokers attempting to arrange transportation for my vehicle. I believe Ship Auto Now LLC engaged in misleading pricing practices and intentionally interfered with my ability to obtain transportation services from another company. I request that BBB investigate this matter and hold the company accountable for these actions. Supporting documentation, including screenshots of the load board posting dated May 29, 2026, is available upon request.
