He also fixed my little deco white Yakut Russian diamond solitaire that kept gettin caught on everything, the prongs had wore down & needed to be fixed. Henley had the jeweler redo the prongs on it. The jeweler even came out of the service area & brought me my deco solitaire ring personally & told me how much he enjoyed working on it, as it's very rare to see Yakut Russian miner cut diamonds nowadays. Henley is the sweetest. He showers me with outrageously expensive diamonds while I'm there, showing me this & that adorning me with gorgeous super expensive canary diamond bracelets & jewels just for fun while we share a glass of champagne. That is when I asked for my watch back and he got aggressive with me practically threw the watch back at me and cursed me out as I walked out the door. When I got back to the truck I learned that he had kept the battery so I had to go back in there and get it just to know what kind of battery it was! this turned into a nasty exchange of words, and quite possibly the worst pawn shop experience of my life. just another man who invested in natural diamonds, and is going under eventually.
