The reason this was a special job is the height of my fan which is on a loft ceiling. Roman was prompt with a facetime estimate and I accepted the job. The tech came on time and was able to troubleshot and do the work as agreed. The price was right and adjusted (without my asking) because it was a little easier than planned.
