I've been here many, many times. In the past I've consistently received ambivalent, almost rude service. We've always felt that they didn't want us there. In one case, we were asking a man in the back about flooring, because we were seriously shopping for flooring. The man literally stood up from his desk and walked away never to be found again. We were the only people in the store. In this instance, we ended up at "Haus of Flooring" 20 minutes later and booked our floors. Today was an entirely different experience. We were immediately greeted and got super service from Tammy. She was beyond helpful and was the head merchandiser, so she knew exactly where all of her stock was kept. She was very easy to talk to and eager to take care of her customers. We chose a beautiful King Size Quilt Set for our cabin. It was 20% off for "Black Friday (all month) Sale". She arranged for me to take the set home to try out on the bed and she took our information. She simply asked me to call her if it was right, or bring it back if we weren't perfectly satisfied. I don't like giving negative reviews and I am so disappointed with the quality of the workmanship I have to inform others It has been 2 years since the installation of our LVP and carpet. I explained to them at the time my disappointment with quality of the installation. There is a 3/4" gap under each of the door frames. The vinyl plank floor under one of the doors does not cover the sub-flooring. They left a mess when the job was completed. Now 2 years later we are seeing seam separation on the vinyl plank flooring. The furniture and decor are first rate. And do not have them install any flooring. read more

I went here to buy a new rug for my cabin after a carpet cleaner person ruined the one I had (and liked) all the colors ran so I threw it away. They had such an amazing selection of area rugs I was in love with 3 of them I finally picked just one after driving my boyfriend crazy trying to decide lol they took it down wrapped it for me and put it in my vehicle. The people there were helpful and so nice. And as I was waiting for my new rug to be wrapped I looked around the store and saw barstools I loved and a couch sleeper the furniture there is really nice quality and perfect for the cozy cabin feel needless to say I am going back next time I am at my cabin over Christmas and pick up more I Flippin love this place. We recently bought a home in Big Bear, and I had an opportunity to visit Interiors. What a beautiful store! And the ladies who work in there are so nice and helpful and easy to talk with. They have a wide variety of furniture, decorations, holiday items, rustic mountain items too-- and the ability to order custom work. I will never tire of visiting the store, and I dragged both of my girlfriends here while they were visiting and promptly lost them both as they took off in two different directions to look at everything. Let me give you the truth inside this store, not one person greeted me!! It was a cold day, had snowed the day before. There was a lady at the front desk, another roaming around, another on the phone, and several here and there. My son and I spent about two hours there, taking photos. Mind you, I'm looking to furnish an entire cabin, log or barnwood beds and all!! My credit card was burning in my pocket. (I'll post some photos). They have very nice, expensive items. Another store told me they give new homeowners 20% off first purchase, so I was going to get all the beds. I finally asked to use the restroom, which was FILTHILY, the lady was upset I stopped her to even ask a question. How sad!! Two stars for nice items read more

Interiors is amazing! We just bought a cabin in Big Bear earlier this year, and have filled a lot of the house with Interior's merchandise. The store is filled with beautiful decor, and setup beautifully. The staff is amazing they always greet us with a smile and even give my three year old daughter cookies and suckers. Run, don't walk away from this business. We spent over $6,000 in one month on home decor for our new house...the majority of it on blinds for our windows. They completely screwed up the order, and we had to wait almost 2 months for it to be rectified. They would have left us without any blinds for that time if it hadn't been for the INSTALLER going and picking up some temporary ones. No apologies from the owner or manager of the store...nothing...just total indifference. This is no way to run a business...especially at the prices they charge. We've been doing business with Interiors for several years now, and they've always come through for us. Their showroom is full of high-quality furniture, much of it made in the US. What I love most about this place is the variety. If you are happy with cabin kitsch, this really isn't the place (although they have their share of fun pieces). But if you'd like some variety of choices, if you want to add some class to your mountain home, then take a stroll through the showroom. We've used their furniture delivery services, and the decorator services for installing blinds and other upgrades. We also recently purchased a mattress set -- and here's a secret: Interiors doesn't take the same kind of ridiculous markup on mattresses that you find down the hill. I was amazed that a larger set plus headboard cost less here than a smaller set without a headboard down the hill. Add in the same-day delivery and haul-away for a nominal fee, and it's a great deal. Very upset with the staff there. Absolutely horrible customer service. Had bought a comforter set back in March which had never been used. When I had called to ask to return the item I was told to come in and there seemed to be no problem. Once I got to store they looked up when I had bought the item last and then told me they wouldn't allow me to exchange because it was past 30 days. Never once had they told me about a 30 day policy and I tried to explain that to them and asked them if they could just please help me out. The gentleman then rudley pushed a piece of paper in front of me and said this is policy there nothing I can do. You could tell that he could care less about my buisness and could not be bothered. There was no reason why he couldn't have just allowed me to exchange he just didnt want to. It gives small businesses a bad name cuz I guarantee if I had bought this at Bed Bath & Beyond there wouldn't have been a problem and the employees there would have worked with the client. read more

We didn't use the decorator but we did purchase all of our flooring from this company including high quality laminate and slate. They were very knowledgable and helpful and allowed us to take the samples from the showroom so we could match paint and other decorations. They were a bit slow on getting us our quote but that was only due to the fact that our slate is hard to find and they didn't want to give up looking for it. So we waited an extra day and since then, everyting has been great. I'd use them again and they have really interesting and different furniture as well as more traditional mountain lodge decorations. read more
