When I apologized and said it was my first time, he responded with, "Well, are you gonna pay me? Because nothing is free." Of course mistakes can happen, more so with first time customers but that doesn't give you a reason to be rude or impatient. There was no clear communication in this situation at all! If workers don't have the patience to help first-time customers, they shouldn't be the ones guiding vehicles.
