I've contacted the manager and corporate and didn't receive any type of compensation even including noting the vehicle smelt like damn piss inside the cab, but I had no other option as they had no other vehicle ready to be taken... absolutely absurdity. Including once arriving at the destination to return the vehicle there was only one employee working, with that he wasn't even in the front. I sat for about 10 minutes and nothing. I yelled numerous times to get an employee to help, I noticed the back door was open and wondered in to find the only employee asleep on their couch... their service absolutely terrible.

I was quoted an estimated total of $43.07 for a local truck rental, but after returning the truck I was charged $93.34. The charge included 24 miles and 2 gallons of gas, despite only driving 22 miles and returning the truck fueled above the full marker. When I presented my drop-off photos and fuel transaction, instead of simply correcting the bill, they offered a partial correction. They refused to remove the 2-gallon fuel charge and acted like they were doing me a favor only partially overcharging me. If you rent here document everything and do not assume that they will correct the bill willingly.
