We ordered the salmon with citrus sauce, sweet potato fries, green beans, mahi wrap with fries, jambalaya, eggs Benedict with fried green tomatoes, Canadian bacon topped with lump crab cream sauce which is called Eggs Dalton. All the food was delicious and exquisitely prepared. Our server was wonderful and so helpful with suggestions. We will definitely come back to meet up here again. We sat outside and were seated immediately upstairs.

I stopped counting after 100. The sauce was good, I could really get the tang of the tomato base. The shrimp were juicy as well My mom and sister got the steak cooked well. They said it was cooked perfect and the okra were crispy. The sweet tea was definitely sweet and tea might have needed to boil for a bit longer. We ended up having to wait for the ice to melt down to be able to drink it with all the sugar. I'd like to go back to check out more menu options. Also, the service was great. Probably some of the best service I've experienced in a restaurant

Our waitress KaShonda made what might have been a three star experience easily a four star. The menu warns that the Chicago style can take 45-75 minutes so we were quick to order it before appetizers. The food was tasty. Ordering two pizza styles is a challenge and our Margherita NY style originally came out over cooked. (Probably waiting on our other pizza to finish). KaShonda was apologetic and was quick to make the situation right. When a new pizza came out it was fantastic. I would return when back in the area.

A large part of choosing to dine here was their Gluten-free menu, which was very tasty...but as a family, we'd like to dine together. I'm understanding, but several other tables that arrived after we ordered entrees were eating before two pizzas could be baked?!? Ridiculous. Will honestly not go out of my way to dine here again. I feel bad for the server (it was her birthday) and her team and management let her down.

We were excited based off some of the reviews and pictures, but ended up disappointed. I kept trying to find reasons to make the visit better, but everything just fell flat. For starters, the staff wasn't attentive at all. The hostess went to sit us outside as requested, because it looked so relaxing from walking up, upon entering the outside, many people were smoking (cigs, not vape). I'd don't mind if people smoke, but I don't want to eat a meal with it lingering around. We then went back inside and they sat us in the corner by the drink station/kitchen. Throughout the meal, the waitresses gossiped about their lives and their customers while the table next us a waitress was wrapping silverware. Our waitress didn't arrive for like ten minutes and then took forever to bring our drinks back. The vibes were just all off. Like they all wanted to get out of there and not be around each other. It wasn't even late. The food was average, nothing spectacular. We got a burger and the fish and chips. For a traditional pub, fish and chips should be one of the best things on the menu, less than par. The beer cheese soup was a highlight. Very good. We also ordered some type of pear cheeseburger. Different, but not bad. I'd try something else if I were to return. The decor is traditional pub meets modern hipster vibes. Hard to screw up. Although, limited beer options. Only 4 drafts for a pub is kinda weird. The good news is there's a brewery next door. Like I said, I was optimistic and excited. I don't give a lot of bad reviews but this one didn't hit the mark. Considering there are many other options within walking distance, I'd try something else if I were you.

Our waitress was very kind and friendly but just appeared to be responsible for too large of an area. We ordered three midtown style smash burgers with arugula, tomato, red onion, herb mayo and smoke provolone. I ordered mine medium rare and the other two well done. The food preparation time was extremely slow. It took the kitchen over an hour to prepare 3 smash burgers. We saw customers come sit at the bar after us and receive their food before us even though we ordered 20 minutes before they arrived. The server did apologize for the delay and offered a free dessert. However, we did not get the opportunity to choose. When the burgers did come out, they were all cooked well done and mine was not medium rare as requested. I didn't bring this to the servers attention as I did not have another hour to waste for it to be corrected. Otherwise the burgers tasted good. The burgers came with a side of fries. She brought out the skillet cookie for dessert that came with brown butter chocolate chip cookie, vanilla ice cream and whipped cream and caramel sauce. Although this was a kind gesture, the cookie was still raw in the center and was not cooked all the way. Also be bill was incorrect. One of the burgers came with a size of broccoli which was a .99 upcharge. Somehow the waitress added .99 cent upcharges to the other two burgers for arugula when the price of the burger on the menu included that ingredient. Again, did not bring this to the servers attention because at this point was just so frustrated about the wait time we were just ready to leave. The restaurant looks like a very fun and exciting place. There was karaoke scheduled for that evening starting at 10 p.m. They also had large screen broadcasting various sporting events for people to view. Overall this experience was a bit frustrating because of the long time it took for us to receive our food and incorrect bill. Very disappointing first experience.

We rolled into Cookeville like something out of a post-apocalyptic road movie: exhausted, haggard, and in dire need of a barbecue miracle. And oh, did the Blue Pig deliver. First off, the service? Friendlier than your grandma after she's had her second mimosa at brunch. The setting? ADORABLE. Especially the back patio--it's like a little slice of BBQ heaven tucked away, where you can sit and wonder why you don't live in Cookeville. Now, let's talk food. My son went for the brisket tacos, and let me tell you, I've never been much of a brisket fan (usually too dry or too... meh). But this brisket? This brisket was what BBQ dreams are made of. Moist, smoky, and packed with flavor--so good, I considered kidnapping the chef. As for me, I tackled the pulled pork waffle fry "nachos," which were pure, unadulterated deliciousness. The only mistake I made was getting it with the sauce already on--rookie move. They've got a sauce bar, people! TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT. I'm still losing sleep thinking about all the saucy combinations I missed out on. In short, the Blue Pig BBQ made us feel alive again after days on the road. The food is top-tier, the vibe is delightful, and I may or may not have had a spiritual experience with that brisket. Just go. Trust me.
