As a female customer, it can be daunting to approach major automotive undertakings and when I expressed my concern about the experience, Mike demonstrated the highest level of integrity and expressed his regret for the miscommunication. In many other service experiences, I've come across businesses and employees that will deny and gaslight customers to defend their errors. Because they had to wait for the parts to arrive, the repair took all day rather than the estimated four hours, which was a bit frustrating. However, the shop went above and beyond to make things right: they stayed open past their closing time to finish the job so I wouldn't be without my car overnight, and they kindly provided rides to and from the shop. Once finished, the service was thoroughly documented, and the final price was very reasonable. Despite the delay, I am very happy with the quality of care and dedication from this team. I was later informed that the tires could not be removed because the vehicle has a wheel lock, so only the alignment was performed. What is unacceptable is that the wheel lock key was in the glove compartment, and no one made any effort to contact me to ask about it. Instead, they proceeded without the tire replacement and waited until I called to ask when my car would be ready. When I asked why I was not contacted, I was met with hostility rather than accountability, as though the issue was my fault. Clear communication and basic customer service were lacking throughout this visit. I would not recommend this location based on my experience. I would say more but I would just be assuming but they're are way better places to take your car who actually value your dollar and show courtesy and respect. Ps. I told him that wasn't necessary. He quoted me a very affordable price so I went ahead and got two tires. He didn't charge me any extra to mount, balance, or rotate my tires. I was in and out of there within 25 minutes. I will say there is no waiting area so I had to sit outside, but it was worth it. I had a tire leak somewhere and he was able to find the leak, patch it and mount it back on my car in 20-25 minutes. In and out and it was only $15 for the tire repair.
