The saleswoman I had was sweet, but terrible at her job. She had no ability to do anything beyond fetching items she was explicitly asked for. No imagination, no suggestions, just weak attempts to upsell $800 items instead of showing me lower priced items I had indicated interest in. My husband had to look around the store and find things to suggest, and remind her to actually bring them to me. This resulted in an experience that was twice as long as it should have been.
