I could not get my first or second choice of the type of pedicure I wanted. I wanted the Green Tea deluxe but was told it was out. Then I asked for the Deluxe Lemongrass, it was out. The lady brought over two other boxes and I picked one. I asked to have my nails cut short and she barely cut them. I had to ask her 3 times to cut and file my nails short. Then I had to ask to file my big toe smooth because she filed a sharp point on one. She kept trying to upset me, asking 4 times if I wanted gel and twice if I wanted a manicure. She barely massaged my feet and legs. Overall, it was very frustrating. read more

I just wanted a simple almond shaped French tip. Originally sat with a man who did my acrylics, and he rushed the end of it because he overbooked himself. So he then moved me over a chair to get my nails painted. She literally finished in less than 10 minutes and did it standing up. Then when I paid for them, they said the acrylics were 35, and my French tip was $50! And they told me they won't do refunds. They just wanted to scam me and that's not a way to do business. Be aware if you go here, because they'll over charge you for things and won't be honest as they're doing it. These pics were taken once I got home from there. I came to a reservation at this nail shop for 3 pedicures with friends today. On their price board they have pedis that say $30.00 + and a feel good pedi was $35.00. My friends and I get to the chairs and we're handed brochures for pedis starting at 50+ the minute I say I'd like the feel good on the board I'm given a dirty look up and down by the woman starting my friends water. I get they're supposed to upscale you but when you've got something clear as day on your board of prices and services - it shouldn't be a problem to select that service. It's like asking questions about price is looked down on.. sorry I'm not spending 50+ dollars on a half a$$ed pedicure. I then ask if gel polish is 15 ( per the usual) and they say yes, asking which pedi I want I again say the feel good pedi for $35.00. I then sat for 5 minutes or more without water or anything as my friends feet soaked and their speciality pedis were started. My friend finally asked if I'm going to get water and the guy doing her pedi starts the water for me, I sit for another 5 mins without anyone to do my pedi. - which if communicated to me that it was only going to be a little longer or whatever- would have been fine. Nothing was said and I was treated like trash since I didn't want their high priced specialty pedicure. So I decided to just get up and leave- they giggled when I finally said never mind and left. Here's a little advice- don't have pedis advertised at a certain price then get pissy with the customer when they choose that one and not the one you're attempting to push onto them. Wouldn't waste my time with this establishment. Had I checked the reviews and not gone along with friends who made a reservation I wouldn't have entertained the idea of having a pedicure here. From the work I've seen they're top price for a shoddy job in nails waxes and pedis. I wonder why their fb page isn't active since it has all bad reviews on it. Yikes.. read more

They never seem to do the pedicures correctly no matter which one you purchase. Even the higher priced one at $75 doesn't get a good massage. Mediocre pedis at best. Appointment or no appointment you'll be waiting. Doesn't matter if it's for pedis of nails, you'll always wait. The only saving grace is that one of the younger male nail technician is amazing at acrylic and gel designs. Every one else I've tried is completely horrible! I've had to get my nails redone by another salon three times !!! It's crazy that people suck at there job so much. I've given them way more than enough tries. At this point I won't waste anymore money at this salon. read more

I travel nearly 20 miles round trip just to get my nails done at this establishment. They have never once let me down in the 10 years I have been coming to them since they were located elsewhere. Made an appt! Been sitting for 45 min in a chair no service yet they are taking others without appts first! We were a group of 3 - one of our girls had nails started and then told to wait for someone else to finish and other girl just waiting too! They are a hot mess and poor customer service! Why make an appt and be proactive! Will never return to this salon! What an embarrassment that I brought friend here for a nice experience! read more
