Surprisingly spacious, very sunny and my nail technician was friendly and professional. The prices are very reasonable, and I just came in for a quick nail polish change on my hands. They were able to take me as a walk-in and my service was done efficiently and quickly as I hoped. I have been going to them for probably 15+ years at least.. Within their price range they give the best service in town. my nails are always cute, strong and hold up between refills. my only criticism is I wish they had more techs as good as May and her daughter T. This place was absolutely horrible today. I go in here all of the time and never had a problem. First of all the lady doing my toes continuously kept digging into my cuticles, and I asked her to stop and she did not stop. She cut my nails way too short to the point where they hurt. When she went to go file the bottom of my feet she kept putting my foot higher and higher and I asked her to stop too and told her it was uncomfortable. Long story short, I ended up just leaving because the whole thing was horrible. They ripped up the certificate that I had gotten for my birthday and went outside and threw it at my vehicle. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE OLD HAG WHO RUNS THE STORE!!!!!!!! If she walks in tho the sun all the makeup might melt off her face. read more

I don't know why I rated this place so highly last time, but it is horrible. The prices are so expensive and it doesn't make sense why. You can get it very short and yet it will still be around $50. I will no longer go here because I know the quality is horrible and I never get what I'm asking. read more

By far the worst nail salon I've ever been to, went with a girlfriend of mine from work to both get full acrylic sets, we were kind of in a crunch for time so I called beforehand to make sure that they could get us both in at the same time. The man on the phone told me yes but when we arrived, my friend sat down first and they told me to sit in the waiting area for when it would be my turn. I sat there for 20 minutes waiting to be seen. When I finally sat down with my Nail Tech, and the girl was not friendly whatsoever. I tried to make a couple jokes to lighten the mood and no response. She didn't even hardly look at me. It was quiet and awkward the whole time no friendliness whatsoever, and on top of that all the tools that were used on me were dirty and used on many clients previously from what I could tell. The nail file was dirty as hell and so was the station that I was sitting at nail clippings everywhere and so dusty you could tell it hadn't even been wiped down, and on top of that I had to find out after we left that my poor friend who was sitting with her back to me, had gotten yelled at by the lady doing her nails for accidentally bumping one of her nails into the other when transferring to the lamp, which made her cry. Completely unacceptable in my opinion. I've tried to give this place multiple opportunities to show me that it isn't as bad as I think, but every time I go, I'm just disappointed. No customer service whatsoever plus very overpriced In my opinion. I've been getting my nails done for at least 10+ years and never had to pay so much for such a short acrylic set that didn't take that much time with such terrible service. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere unless you want to be thoroughly disappointed. If I could rate this 0 stars I would. read more

This place is just gross. They reuse their tools for manicures which is absolutely disgusting, the sign on their door says no kids but they had their own running around screaming, sneezing and coughing on people! (I get it, it was a weekend and no one could watch their kids but still) the lady who did my nails was so rude, she cut off so much skin on my fingers, not just my cuticles, and my nails were a mess. When I asked if she could clean them up, I stead of using acetone and a brush, she just cut it off with cuticle removers again taking away any skin I had left on my fingers. read more

Same as most people posted with a few additions. When we walked in we asked if they could take two pedis and sent us back. One of us was started immediately and the other didn't start after soaking for 30mins. During mine they were digging into my cuticles even after I pulled away because it hurt and told them they were going too deep. During my pedi massage someone came in and talked to the person working on me and they half assed the entire mask massage with no respect that I was a customer getting screwed out of what I was paying for. Now I'm sitting here listening to these two people talk during my pedi, and a bunch of kids screaming in a make shift room so they won't be seen, even though they keep coming out and rolling on chairs or walking around aimlessly. The worst part...this could have been one of the best pedis I have ever paid for, the person gave an amazing massage during my scrub, but became so distracted by the person that just sat down that he barely did his job, he even leaned on my legs while we was talking for a second. I should have stood up and walked out. I will not be coming back. If I could rate a zero star I would. Oh and nail were not cut straight either.. read more

Don't waste your time. Horrible pedicures. Do not let the gal who sits at the 1st station on the left, as you walk into salon touch your toes. My toenails were butchered down to Tender skin. I'm now in pain and as soon as i got home I took of the polish and had to redo my pedi to even get the shape of the nails to look somewhat normal. Seriously my toes now look like crap as if I had some toe fungus that ate away at my nails. When I brought my experience to their attention, there was no sympathy nor concern from the tech who jacked my feet. So sad and a huge disappointment. I will never ever return. read more

I even apologized although it was her mistake. The manicure I received was basic but of course she still charged me $50. My co-worker came in this weekend and in the middle of getting her nails done, the guy doing her nails began to get mad at her and stated he knew what she was thinking. He claimed he was a fortune teller and could read her thoughts and shes not going to get away with what shes thinking. She began to say "I am covered in the blood of jesus" and he threw his utensils down and went into the back room. Another girl came to finish her nails and did not say a word. Updated: my nails chipped within 48 hours and the were so poorly filed, my nail got caught on my clothes and ripped and drew blood. I didn't want to give a terrible review because they were so nice but the results are awful. Don't ever go here. Meh. I came here without an appointment to get some very old acrylics removed. The staff were courteous and took care of me even though it was close to closing time. Downside: my nails are all jagged and uneven. They didn't have the greatest color selection also. I absolutely loved the service. I was hesitant because of the reviews of price gauging, but I didn't find that to be true during my visit. I appreciate the cleanliness and upkeep of sterilizing the tools prior to using them. They were very kind and thoughtful here. My nail tech asked me if I wanted my toe nails cut shorter and he did an excellent job in making sure they were short and to my liking. Some times nail techs will cut them but not short enough. Went here to get a pedicure and the young lady who did it was very rude almost like I was bothering her as a customer. I decided to get a manicure as well and that really seemed to annoy her. My gel nails started to peel after a week and she did a crappy job on my cuticles. A few weeks after my pedicure I notice some thing wrong with my toenails turns out it's a fungus. Never had that problem till after this visit and have gone to other salons and never had it then. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!! read more

Have gone to a few different places in the Fountain area and here is my favorite. I took a picture of my ball gown in and the girl I had matched a beautiful design to complement it. Have been here for full sets as well as to fill the acrylics. The wait can be long but that is because they are good at what they do and people know that-worth the wait in my opinion. They talk to you like an actual person, involving you in conversations instead of being silent or only speaking with other employees. Really like the family that owns this nail salon, only place I will go from now on! read more

Still going here after 7 years, still love the service they provide. I get pedicures, my daughters get pedicures and manicures, my mother-in-law, aunt-in-law and grandmother-in-law get pedicures and manicures. None of us have ever had a problem or complaint. I feel their prices are reasonable and the staff is professional. I have never been in the salon and seen it dirty. Additionally they always seem busy - as in several customers getting pedicures and manicures, so they do a pretty good business. read more

I walked in and they handed me nail polish remover and told me to take off my polish. I had to explain the simple design to FOUR different people and they stil didnt understand what I wanted. The lady that did my nails didn't try to dust the old Polish shaving off my hands before adding new acrylic and their Polish selection sucks!
