If I could give a negative 1000 I would! The lady I have pictured started to cut my nails, I told her to hang on that hurts. She shrugs and then continues to cut. I'm like hey that really hurts and she just started saying something to another co-worker in another language while rolling her eyes at me. I politely said that I would just like to wait for the other lady to do my pedicure because at this point my foot hurts. They tried to switch and I said no we would just wait but we want the other lady to do both of ours. They said we could not do that. I said that is fine I will just do mine somewhere else and they could just do my mom's. Then the guy I have pictures of said that is fine but you are paying me $55. I said for what?!? I'll pay you $10 because that is what you have posted for nail cutting. They then refuse to do my mom's pedicure. He then says he is calling the police on us because we need to pay $55 for each of us so $110. I said not a chance, you didn't even do anything. My mom took out 2 $20 bills and said she will pay them $30 just because she is a people pleaser and was just trying to reach a resolution. She asked for $10 change, the guy snatched the $40 from my mom's hand and said he was calling the police. I said I would gladly wait there. So yeah only go here if you if you enjoy being basically assaulted!!! Too expensive for what you get. Took tech 4 times to get my toes painted and still wasn't good because she was rushing.

Let me start by saying that I waited to write this review until I had tried out their services a few times. They will rip you off every single time! A tip: make sure you ask them to break down how much they are charging you because they will rip you off. They charged me $18 to add stickers I brought to put on my nails. $18!!!! $8 for 2 stickers on my feet and $10 for a sticker on each of my nail. They get soooooo upset when you bring your own supplies. (Chrome powder and nail stickers) all of which is grade A salon quality but they obviously can't upcharge like they want to. They tried to charge me $5 a nail for each broken nail saying it's more work than a regular full set...your joking right? And the broken nails are from their own work..Pathetic people who won't hesitate to rip you off. Disappointed to say the least. This is supposed to be a pleasant experience and I'm supposed to feel pretty. Instead I want to cry and am ripped off by at least $15-$20 each time. This pedicure had to be one of the worst ever. I essentially paid $33 to have my toes painted. Literally didn't do anything but painted and massaged my feet. The only good thing out of this was the massage, which was mediocre. Not only that, they chased me out of there. They close at 6 and it was about 530 when I was done. Told me "You can go. First of all there is no " heavy set female owner" , the lady with the bad white manicure, there is no one that that salon, that would screw up her nails like that. (This post is for my elderly client Pamela Stewart) Tina helped her and was very sweet and conscientious in regards to Covid. She did a great job on her pedi. The place was very clean. Tina finished within the time limit she provided to my client before starting. If you go there, definitely ask for Tina to help you. Now the train for only 3 starts is from the man that was working there but she couldn't remember his name. He's not friendly at all nor attentive towards my client as she is elderly, disabled and on an oxygen machine. Her keys were misplaced somewhere inside and since Pamela's nails were being worked on, Tina asked him to take a look around to see if he could find the missing keys. He refused to even take a quick peak, with just a rotten attitude all together. If it wasn't for this guy, the business would've received 5 stars for the cleanliness and for Tina. read more

Honestly I was so excited about this place because I thought they were friendly and inviting and I could've found my new nail salon. I had my nails done Friday and it is now Thursday and had to get them redone somewhere else. they were so disgusting. They were mismatching in shape and crooked tips. And the worst of it is the way the polish looked. (See picture.) and it took 1.5 hours from start to finish so I'd expect them to look nice. I will never go back here for my nails to be done. This place is terribly unprofessional. Not only can they not manage to do their job, they also don't take responsibility for their actions. I went in to get my nails done and left when I saw the job they did on the girl before me. It was horrendous! Like if I myself had done them they would have looked 30x better type horrendous. A bit late but had to add the nightmare to the others... used to come plenty when Annie did pedicures. I brought my mom regularly as well. The last time Annie did my pedicure another lady was watching her as if she was learning. Annie was the best ever!!! Next time I took my daughter they told me Annie was no longer there. Sadly we couldn't get pedicures together because the lady that was learning was the only one working. This dumb broad commences to do my pedicure and is wiping whatever gunk comes off my feet onto to the top of my foot!!! WTF!!! I went to First Hollywood Nails because I am new to town and I was looking for a new nail artist. The place was completely empty except for me and the nail techs. I asked for a fill with shellac and the man told me it was $35. I wasn't too upset with the price although I thought it was pretty high. I usually pay $25 plus a $5 tip any other place I've been. While getting my nails done I saw on the pricing lot that a gel fill is $25. When I asked the man about it he said that the gel polish is $25 so usually it would cost the $17 for a fill plus the $25 for gel. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I had to give the nail shop 1 star in order to get a review in. This nail shop May do good job on your nails may be clean and may have one or two nice people that work there. My sister and I went in there to get our nails done. We're a little older but my sister has some mental illness. She needs to have things explained to her in detail and she questions a lot. The heavy set owner, female, was very rude to her when she couldn't get my sister to understand something about the nail polish. You can tell when people are talking about you even if you can understand their language. My sister was treated in such a rude way, downright mean, and she would never hurt a fly or even come back and yell at somebody even if they were hurting her feelings. She was sitting about four seats away from me and the chubby owner started to talk about her to her customer and how crazy she thought she was. The customer, claiming to be a nurse, imagine that an unprofessional nurse, who thought that she knew what she was talking about. So, you can have a good business but if you can be cruel and not act like a human being but still take somebody's money, then you don't deserve to have a family-owned business. read more

I went in for a shellac manicure for $25 per their pricing on the wall. I was charged $30, even after pointing to their prices. And they don't use liners on the pedicure stations, which I know not every salon uses but I definitely prefer ones that do.
