The pricing board says $35 for basic pedicure and they charged me $40 and my manicure with NO color was $25. My toes were very sloppy and lumpy. The lady (Viet) doing my nails was very aggressive while using the tools (which were clearly NOT sterilized as someone who works in the medical field and can tell when an instrument is filthy) and did not say a word the entire time. She also cut my toe which was bleeding pretty good and just put a solution to try to stop which did not help. She tried to cut a string off of my pants and I had to tell her to leave it alone. So I got my nails done for my WEDDING. I requested a French tip and the lady was insisting on giving me this ombré. Honestly I'm really socially anxious and I was like okay sure I'll try it. She said she would only do it on one nail and ended up doing all before I could say it was okay or not. Anyway it was both of our faults because I didn't speak up. It's only been a week and on my wedding day my nails were already ready to pop off. They are receding so bad and the lady didn't stay in the lines of my nails at all. Mind you I left and realized I had a really deep cut because of the service. I got a pedicure and got the basic. Usually all nail places the basic is a massage and honestly it's always worth it. I would've rather painted my toes at home for the service I was given. All she did was put lotion on my feet and legs and a small amount of scrubbing on the bottom of my feet. My feet barely got to the point of feeling ticklish because it was so fast. I waited there longer than the nail service took. The people seemed nice but the service I paid for was absolutely horrible. I didn't get what I asked for and felt forced to do something else for my own wedding. I honestly would rather do my own nails at home. DO NOT GO THERE. Your nails will fall apart in LESS than a week and have horrible quality. I recommend Lisa nails in co springs area, I haven't been there in a while but they have been good to me even though they are pricey. I went there two weeks ago I didn't want to write a negative review but it's the truth . First of I'm new in town so I came here because it's the closest to my house apparently all the others waiting with me were there for the same reasons . I made an appointment in advance I saw the bad reviews and didn't let them sway me away I like to have my own experience. Lydia the hostess I call her said "hello take a number someone will be right with you !" She was very rushy and sounded flustered like a hostess at a restaurant or should I say fast food restaurant. I waited 15-20 min I don't mind waiting I always bring my books wherever I go . Finally she says it's my turn I get to meet my nail tech since she didn't say hello first I went ahead and said "hi I'm Lucy it's my first pedi mani in Colorado Springs so nice to meet you " she said "ok what color you want ?" I said just choose a nice pink for me . I said may I get a look at the pedicure types . She quickly gave me the book I said well I guess I'll do the 50 dollar one since it has a longer massage . She said I kid you not "massage is $1 a minute !" I said okay so does this $50 one not include massage ? She said "it include lotion for you !" I said okay do the pedi and I'll pay $15 for extra massage . Okay here's the thing the basic pedicure starts at 35 typically not only here but Eve I've gone . And you would think with a $50 pedi it would be relaxing and they would take at least 40 minutes nope !!! She took 45 min to do my toes and nails . When she did my pedi she rushed the entire thing . It wasn't just her the rest of the ladies working next to her were hella fast like a fast food restaurant . I was upset I kindly just asked her name she said her name is Song like a song . I said nice to meet you . There was an older woman doing someone's toes three people to my left and she fell off the rolling chair and hit her head on a table behind her . I was so concerned so were the other patrons but some girl came to check on her I asked song who she was she said the manager. This manager rubbed the old woman's head and said something and the old woman went back to work she looked disoriented. I told Song omg they should let her go home she's hurt . Song said "she hurt more without money honey " I didn't talk to Song much after this the entire time I was concerned the senior lady would faint . What kind of business lets their employees fall and hit their head and immediately puts them back to work ??? This is a bad practice shame on this place . I knew I wasn't coming back it was not a great experience at that point . Song rubbed lotion on each foot for 30 seconds then she quickly painted my toes and told me to go sit in her station . I did as told I wanted to leave so bad at that point she didn't even remember I asked for 15 min massage . I didn't care at that point I wanted out . She did the quickest mani and then asked me ""what you want ?" I said excuse me . She said "what you want for your nails ?" I said nothing thank you I'm all set I even gave her a $20 because I think they have trained her and the others to work so fast and get the next person in like a restaurant . You take a number like you do at the grocery deli . It's ridiculous. Bad practice I will not be spending my time or money here and I suggest anyone who is new like me in town and has the same idea as me because it's the closest to you you will go . Don't ! I spoke to one of their regulars outside who told me she was also done with them . She told me what they did to her that day which is her business to put here if she wants but her experience wasn't any better . She told me there's another salon that would be a little drive compared to them but they have great customer service and appreciate their employees . I'm sure the manager will say why didn't I say anything then well I tried there was a young man upfront and he was so busy minded too I just left . Lydia if you are the manager do better ! You are acting like a hostess at a busy Vegas restaurant! Let me tell you I come from hospitality and you don't not do things this way. You need to wake up you have 2.5 starts on yelp there is a reason for that . I sure hope your employees get treated better the only employee I saw taking her time there was weirdly enough Songs beautiful daughter . She was super friendly with her customer took her time was giggling and talking with the customer . That's how all your employees should be acting and shame on your practices concerning employees hurting themselves at work and just rubbing their pain like I do for my 3 year old when he gets hurt . That's so wrong !! That lady was disoriented the entire time after you guys put her back to work !!! Please do better you obviously have an issue here whoever the owner is needs to be aware (hope it wasn't thel Lady rubbing the senior ladies head after hitting it on a chair or you're doomed ) I will follow up with an email to better business bureau as well read more

They told me bok and did my pedi which was ok and for their deluxe package they gave 3 min massage .. My daughter lives in Denver she got married on February 14th in Denver but the 24th her nails were almost coming off and they where do badly done! Mine were badly done as well. Went here with my friend as a Christmas gift. We both decided on mani/pedis. We started with manicures and picked colors. My Nail tech was extremely rough, didn't seem to want to do my nails and never asked a single question about what type I wanted. Fast forward to the pedicure, as she's cutting the cuticles I pull back and say ow in pain. She said oh it's an ingrown nail you'll be fine. My technician was very nice and even showed me some colors that were not on the wall (without me asking). As she began the pedicure, I noticed she cut my nails very short and was a bit rough. I went the first day on my anniversary to get my nails done. The lady that did them was nice, but she did not do them right. I walked out unsatisfied after I had asked her many times to fix the issues. She took over three hours!! The last minute she was wiping my hands and she rubbed against a nail and made it crease. At that point, I just asked her if I could pay. I had gotten a pedicure with gel polish and just a regular acrylic set. They charged me 110 dollars!! The prices did not match and when I asked they pushed away my concerns with a "prices changed" Because this is the salon closest to me, I decided I would go back four days later for a nail color change, thinking it couldn't be that hard. And maybe they could fix the issues. I walked in and got the same women. She changed the color. But put four coats on my fingers and they looked clumpy and disfigured. The tops were too wide, and the middles had a big hump in them where they hadn't been shaved down. I went in finally for a nail removal and here I sit. Still waiting after two hours in the front of the store. Every nail salon within fifteen miles is now closed, as well as this one. Or I would walk out. No one has checked on me since I entered. I decided to give them another chance from being overcharged in November.
