    The staff was very helpful and courteous. The technician who delivered the wheel chair helped showed us how to use it.

    On February 10, 2026 I went with my father-in-law to Specialty Medical to purchase an electric…read morewheelchair. I was the one communicating with the owner, Doug, during the visit and he even texted me the receipt directly while I was standing there in the store. Within a day or two, around February 12th, we decided to cancel the order. From that point forward we spent weeks calling and trying to get a refund. On March 12th I texted Doug again regarding the refund. Screenshots of that conversation are included with this review. In those messages he discussed giving a partial refund and repeatedly asked that we remove the review. On Friday March 13th I personally went back to the store and picked up cash from Doug in the amount of $2,355. Even then the full amount was not refunded despite the order being cancelled almost immediately after the purchase. After I posted my original review about the experience, Doug began calling and texting me asking that I delete it. I have included screenshots of those communications so people can see exactly what was said. Doug also replied publicly to my previous review claiming that I was not a customer of the business. That is not accurate. I was present in the store during the purchase, communicated directly with Doug, received the receipt from him by text, and I was the one who returned to the store to collect the refund. I have also included screenshots of the original review that was removed. People rely on reviews when making important decisions, especially when purchasing medical equipment. Because of how this situation was handled and the communication afterward asking that the review be removed, I believe it is important to share my experience so others can make informed decisions. All of the statements in this review reflect my direct experience with this business and the communication I personally had with the owner. Greg no joke saved my mom's/grandmas life. I had a problem with a portable oxygen maker( one I did not buy here)... Greg went through every possibility trying to fix it giving me ideas of how to fix my problem went above and beyond (I called nine other places and they shunned me away) Greg help me solve my problem and was beyond kind and helpful and I could not thank him enough. If you're thinking / needing a medical product store don't just go here run here they deserve your business because they will help you to the best of their ability.. you will come away from the store happy I guarantee it!

No integrity at all…read more They had me come down to get fitted for a simple leg brace because they told me they had several kinds. When I got there, they only had one kind. Instead of letting me take home that one, they told me they'd have to "talk to their manager," and they would deliver it to my house because I needed 2, and it would be delivered to my house that day, they were going to "call me back" to confirm the time. 45 days later- I finally got them, but I had to pick them up myself. Every time I called, they said, "Let me talk to my manager, and I'll call you back". I never got a call back. But they were happy to receive the money from my insurance, without giving me the product.
