Intuit Dome in Inglewood, CA was quite the experience. Thought it was nicely designed outside and…read morein. They have a designated Ride-share spot in one of their parking lots BUT you then have to walk a few blocks from there to the venue. As a crowd, we left from the Ride-share drop off/pickup and when we got to the venue it was packed. Not a lot of direction on where to go once you get past security. Folks were kinda wandering around aimlessly (asking one another) due to not knowing where to go. Once past security, there was live music outside before getting into the actual dome with HUGE merch lines and no guidance all in the same area. Extremely overstimulating! Folks had to ask each other are you in line? or are you enjoying the band on stage!? I was there for the Forrest Frank Concert, AND btw it was LIT! Now... back to the lack of crowd control... thankfully it wasn't rowdy cause with thousands of people like that people could've for sure got hurt not to mention children running around with no parental supervision. I liked the fact that if you did your game day ID in the app you could bypass the HUGE line into the dome it self. (So download the app - make an account - do the game Face ID before going - trust it will save you time and a headache) Escalators up to the second level which was super airy due to the dome being open at the top - loved that! Restrooms were very clean and sleek. I thought there would be ushers or some staff to help with seats... I saw no one guiding folks to seats or helping to find seats. Seats were not easy to locate in my opinion but once I did sit... man were they super comfortable! Food prices looked high but that's to be expected. So I didn't partake. I don't know if I'd be returning. I enjoyed my time there but I would suggest staffing be utilized better so it didn't feel so much like folks were totally on their own. I saw more staff standing around doing nothing than actually being utilized throughout the venue to lead, guide and direct crowds. If they don't get a lid on this it could be a recipe for disaster, ijs. Otherwise, I had a GREAT time!

Then we gate to the gate and with thousands of people trying to get into a sold out concert, they are letting only a few at a time!! Then they tell us the other gate is faster, everyone starts racing to the other gate. Then we are told by a security guard, she's yelling "no cutting!". She makes you feel horrible and you're hoping she doesn't send you home! . We enjoyed the concert because the seating has good walk space and the large screens are surrounded so it gives you a great view...... But then you start to leave and there's a herd in a single file line trying to get to the escalator and there you find yourself in a huge crowd just to leave. We decided to take the stairs, seven stories down to avoid this mob. Then you get in line to buy a shirt and there are six workers for literally thousands of people.. standing they for a half hour and the crowd never moves! Never again, until security and functionality improves. Just ruins a night you've been looking forward to. You think it's all over, just to get in your car and see street down to one lane! Horrible

Soooo if you're currently on the site and wondering if you should get a ticket... let me tell ya…read more... you will get your moneys worth In my opinion. The vibe/ Experience : Cosm is definitely where I see movies and entertainment going. Cheers to the dev team that did all the graphic surrounding the movie you did an amazing job. my favorite set was the chess by far!!! This was definitely an amazing experience, and we can wait till yall get the next movie going because me and my wife enjoyed this immersive experience so much. My wife loves Harry Potter as she brought me into that world and I saw her inner child come out watching it. Let me know when you get lord of the rings going btw lol. They show a preview of watching other movies , and live sports with cameras angles that make you feel like your right there at the event and it was really great. I would not pay $75 to go watch a ducks game there but if they had like a $25 charge to watch a sports game there you would make a killing off food, alcohol and if you have swag there's a lot of great opportunity there. The service: was really great Carlos was our host and he was honestly amazing, me and my wife were just getting over a cold and we had asked for hot water with lemon and he made sure we had all we needed. He did his best to check in while being busy. The food: so I was surprised here... usually food in these theaters is meh... the wings, the streak sandwich and the espresso brownie !! It was all very delicious. The wings buffalo sauce was nice and tangy, the winds still had a crisp to them , the steak sando had good balance to it with the meat (which was prepped to med rare perfectly) the aioli was delicious. That espresso brownie!!!! Yes please lol. One thing I wanted to say is they do offer an additional menu which you have to pay for in. Advance, I did not get it for me and my wife because a lot of it was similar to the food at the wizarding world at universal studio. Honestly I would suggest to just have the menu available for all and have swag on site for all to buy, and the last thing would be ... it would be nice to have foot stools while sitting, the couch spaces are nice I was almost tempted to put our little table on long wise so we had more Room for our food and could kick back and further enjoy the movie.

This place is gimmicky…read more It's a sports bar on steroids. There's, admittedly, something unique about the experience -- they have their own special feed from the sports venues that make the IMAX-like screen pretty immersive and overwhelming. But for me, the novelty wore off quickly, and I would have preferred to have watched at home with a group of friends and ordered in from where ever I liked as opposed to be stuck with a group of strangers and have only the mediocre food at Cosm to choose from. By the end -- it had all the downsides of going to live sports -- driving far, fighting traffic. Sitting in a crowd of drunk people who may not always be pleasant. Not so great food. Expensive tickets. (For the experience, the tickets are surprisingly pricey). And none of the upside -- you don't actually get to be there. It's ultimately just a really big screen

The staff was extremely attentive making sure I received a full V.I.P, experience. We rented the trailer for my sisters 21st birthday, we just wanted to have something extra, something we thought would wow our guest and we did just that. Everyone wanted to know where we found this super flashy trailer and they were so jealous we brought it out first. They book all kind of events but we used it strictly for entertainment. The onsite bars were fully stocked, the catered food was delicious ( bacon stuffed sliders, too die for) and the music kept our guests dancing. We had an indoor outdoor party, but everyone of course ended up outside at this amazing trailer. Book with Gladiator if you want the real V.I.P customer service experience and want to have the ultimate party extravaganza on wheels. My guests are still talking about my party, it was definitely something to be remembered.

Loud music bumping but it wasn't disturbing. Eventually made it inside. It's very spacious. Another bar located inside. A lot of TVs and chairs. A great hangout spot for drinks and to watch some sports. Great service at the bar. Both bartenders were real cool. And the drinks were about average price for a bar with no happy hour. Paid $33 or $34 including $2 tip for a Cinépolis Old Fashioned and Mango Rita. Couldn't take pics of the room cuz they collected our phones before going inside. However, it's big with a lot of comfortable seats. And it was clean. There was popcorn already placed at every seat for the guest. There could've been better communication regarding the reserved seats. Whereas just about every seat had a sign reading "reserved". Parking is free for the first 3 hrs with validation. There are 2 machines available from what I saw. One near the front desk and entering. Then another near the bar. Parking was free for the first 3 hrs.

At the beginning of our movie, we ordered our food and drinks. Certain items like the bottomless popcorn and which my friend ordered came at the beginning of the movie which was appreciated. We had used our respective phones to order our food items and our burger and fries took about 45 mins and me and my husband didn't receive our cocktail until probably ten minutes later. One person in our party didn't receive her cocktail until towards the end of the movie and by then she had to rush to finish it. Despite receiving the bottomless popcorn in the beginning, she only received one round which is a little misleading. We noticed that certain items that were paid for separately and were charged again. We were charged tip twice without even choosing the tip amounts ourselves which was unusual. If auto gratuity is included in checks, this should be disclosed when booking tickets or somewhere in the menu before you order. Another thing is that you can't even delete or cancel anything which made things even more confusing. For awhile, we questioned if our orders went through but we ultimately decided to wait it out. Glad we did or it would have turned into a bigger headache. Once our movie was finished, we brought this up with a manager and were comped mostly everything except for the burger and fries which was understandable. Overall, the movie and the chairs were really comfortable but the timing of everything else ruined the experience for us. I think in concept there are a lot of things that could have made this experience great, but the flow and timing of receiving our food and drinks was a little unusual. It was also kind of polarizing for us considering that we were able to order drinks directly from the bar without much of an issue or delay. I did also notice that there was kind of a musty smell in the hallways and in the theater. There was also an explosion of paper straw wrappers on the ground near the entrance by the seats. I am not picky by any means but I think establishments should be held to a certain standard especially if it is promoted as a luxury theater.

The seats were very plush and comfortable. The screen and sound system were state of the art. The problem was that there were roughly 6 rows of seats that were so close to the screen that it was impossible to enjoy the film. Being very unfamiliar with this area, it seems like a rather remote location with a bunch of luxury apartments where most likely the tenants work from home, and the corporate buildings would be something such as google, etc. IMAX seemed to fit right in. Since it was a Saturday, I was a little hesitant since the parking arm was down, and there wasn't a booth. Finally after seeing it open for a delayed time, I drove on in and found a spot out front, although the garage visitor entrance was right in front. After checking in with a human at a table setup, I had to check in on an ipad which takes your photo (which I'm not a fan of) but the security/desk lady was really nice and helpful, directing us where to go. Up a flight of stairs, the theater was to the right, and it was a nice one. I know the middle seats are ideal for this kind of place, but I stayed off to the end as I prefer and it was still easy to view. This was the kind of theater where you can feel the floor shake in certain scenes which added to the experience. Not the fault of this theater by any means, this movie was long, but I'm glad I go to see it on IMAX (and free). Unfortunately, there was zero food/beverage as other people experienced a spread at their screenings; that was not the case here and I was starving and unprepared. Thanks to the desk lady, she gave me a bottle of water so I had something. Never assume! If you get a chance to watch something, go just to say you did.
