First time here and it was pretty busy, typical for a weekend. They have multiple areas for seating, indoors and outdoors. They have a food truck in between the two buildings. Once you place your order they will text you when to pick it up so you don't have to wait outside for it. The pizza was really good! You can order drinks in the main tap room or in the seating area near the parking lot.

Great hidden gem in the middle of open country and back roads. To find a local brewery that offers an immense option of food on site is rare. Not only that, but to find it on a special oyster occasion is even better. Fast and convenient service with cash or credit options available. Several beers on tap for any taste. Seating and tables on a picturesque November afternoon.

Great beer, comfortable and rustic seating, good food and meeting with friends while enjoying live music is why we keep going back to Inverness. They have indoor and outdoor seating for all seasons and it's especially nice in spring and summer when you can play on the lawn or some bocce ball. The food is simple and delicious. The drive up to Inverness from the Baltimore area is scenic and relaxing. It's all win win.

I have been coming to Inverness for years, especially during the pandemic because it was a fun outdoor space. They have done a great job at making this brewery so fun for everyone. Expansive parking, lots of food trucks (even with veggie options,) live music, lawn games, lots of seating. I love sitting in the old stables. The garden area behind the second building is so serene as well. You never have to wait long for a drink either.

My first time to this brewery out in northern county and it is a beautiful place! The green pastures and fairy lights of the venue are very appealing and peaceful. My experience with the beer (that's what I'm here for!) was good, not great. I chose a flight and was hoping to have some red or amber ale options, but they had none. I picked a smoked lager which was very light in color, yet heavy on the liquid smoke flavor. The pineapple sour was just okay. The two IPAs on the flight board were decent. I'd give this place five stars for ambiance and friendly staff, but there are a few more breweries in this area with better tasting beer to choose from. I had heard such good things about this brewery, but the main draw (BEER) just wasn't that good.

Spectacular property with ample seating and several different bars. I really enjoyed my visit here but only had a couple beers. There is a food truck on site but I did not order from it. There was plenty of parking and the bartender we had was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend paying them a visit.

A super cute way to spend a day outside of Baltimore! This place is huge and has tons of seating all over. They have fun activities like bocce ball, volleyball nets, cornhole, and sometimes a live band. The beers were great, I also tried both of their boozy slushies - egg custard and blueberries&cream. They were both delicious, and I think they rotate out the flavors every week or so! Also, they have a little food stand/truck in the middle with a wide variety of snacks and meals. We tried the pretzels, and they were decent.

Our quest for MD beers continued after a long hiatus. Trekked up to Monkton at the recommendation of friends. Gosh it's beautiful up here. It's such a lovely spot. Active farm. Cows! Very family friendly. There is tons of open space and bringing your own chairs is cool. They have corn hole boards and bocce ball. There are multiple bars so don't worry about a wait. Great food options! Got pizza and it came out earlier than expected. Thin and crispy. So many beer options! And plenty of sours for me. Totally worth the drive from AA county.

Really enjoyed our evening at Inverness! They have a huge selection of craft beers, and a food truck with tons of options ranging from brick oven pizzas to crab pretzels, sandwiches, seasonal desserts and more. On a fall Friday night, Inverness was the perfect place to hang out and listen to live music enjoying the beautiful crisp weather. With bocce ball courts, cornhole, and live music, this is the perfect place to come with friends and family to enjoy some local beer and food! Pro-tips: -While there is ample seating around and inside the barn, many people bring their own chairs and sit on the spacious lawn! -There will likely be a line to order food and a 30+ minute wait. -Get the There's Always One IPA!

I really enjoyed the bacon cheese burger at the food truck. Great open space and family friendly too. Roads nearby are a bit windy so try not to stay too late when it's dark Friends got the pulled pork sandwich and fries which looked tasty too

What a beautiful place. This is my second trip. For the first trip, we came to enjoy with friends. The place was empty then, but today there are plenty of people and I see this place can handle large parties. 3 bars are open including a little beer truck and each feels welcoming. Beers are tasty and range $6-$8+, and I see something for everyone, sours, lagers, seltzers, porters and more, oh my! (Wizard of Oz joke there...) On a clear day this place is perfect for a little day drinking, just be careful, the drive on the winding roads may not be forgiving. Cheers

It's made from old tires (mostly) in different configurations for climbing or balancing but also has a duel slide thats about 30 feet long, and not tooo steep. The beer was solid - I had a märzen (tis the season), a stout, and a hazy IPA. Stout was my favorite, with a super rich flavor profile. My wife enjoyed her wheat beer as well. We got the soft pretzels, which came with plenty of cheese sauce and brown mustard for dipping, and late got sandwiches from a food truck parted on-site. The kids also got ice cream.... They had someone playing guitar and singing, and the acoustics in the place were horrible, so we couldn't even determine the song being played. It didn't help that it was packed with lots of loud kids. Our first server took our drink orders and then never came back. Eventually, another server took our beverage and food order. Beers were good and so were our chips and guac. After screaming at each other to even be heard, we decided it was time to leave. Our second server could not find our first server, so we only had to pay for the second round. Would not go again, unless it was a beautiful day!

And I love that they give back to the community in areas such as education, community and philanthropy. Stopped in this past Saturday with a bunch of my gym friends. I love that their tap list offers a little bit of everything for everyone, from classic lagers and IPA to house ciders. I am a Pilsner girl, so their Pilsner was my fave. I love that they do weekly events such as Trivia and open mic nights to name a few as well as host a few several food trucks out back. Oh and this is the spot where they have that really nice flea market as well. You have to check their Instagram page to see which food trucks will be serving food. Saturday they had empanadas from Aru Aru, which were very yummy and made fresh to order. Best spot if you are a beer connoisseur, great place for happy hours and is accommodating for large parties. Plus you bring your own cards and board games to play as well. I will so definitely return.

The old church and architecture is so warm and inviting-- it was still decorated and lit for Christmas so it felt extra festive. It WAS weird to see the brew tanks at the front of the old church, where the altar would have been. But it also places the beer on the altar of our Friday night so I was OK with that. I had an American Pale Ale, the husband had a Kolsch. My beer was exceptional and delicious. My husband said the kolsch was OK. They also have a cute space with books and board games! As well as a cool merchandise wall with excellent cool t-shirts. I had to restrain myself. There is no kitchen or food served here. Order at the bar and sit where you want, there are plenty of tables and a lot of elbow space. The folks at the bar are Super Nice and you should tip them well. They told me there is usually a food truck that shows up at an undisclosed time in the evening. We did order some fantastic pretzels (w/ smoked gouda) and waited some more but ultimately had to go find a meal elsewhere. We will be back, perhaps in warmer weather to wait out the food truck and have more beer. Also, we were there for happy hour so our beers were $5! Thank you to all of the kind people at The Ministry of Brewing! We will be back.
