When we were driving up this year, I noticed the location changed from by a cemetery to the downtown area. We found some parking nearby and went in to check it out. The new Aldus location is a large beautiful area with a big bar and even a separate restaurant area. We took a seat and the wonderful bartender let us try out several holiday beers before picking our flight. Each beer we tasted was fun and interesting, but the pretzel-based ones were the best. We also ordered a hot pretzel (the venue gets some of its food from the nearby hotel), which was quite large and went great with our beers. Overall, the new Aldus brewing location is a huge upgrade. The nice location, cool staff, and great beer makes this a spot we will continue checking out for years to come.
