There are a lot of complainers on this platform that like to complain about everything!!! I found that these folks did everything that everyone else has had to do during this pandemic and after it. They went out of their way for me and everyone there to do their best and all get us seen in a timely way. Everyone was kind and helpful!!! People that do not like wearing masks need to realize that it's not the workers fault that masks are required. They ask for you to use hand sanitizer again a non issue. People need to have patience with others especially in the medical community. These folks have worked hard to get people seen and do not need Adults with "Toddler Tantrum behavior to deal with". People if you happen to not get called back when making an appointment call back and patiently wait to be assisted. Don't complain, under-staffing is due to the pandemic. Also communication is important if you have to miss call and let them know what is happening, they went to a lot of work to help you that when you don't show without a call it is a loss for the business when they could have helped others. Don't get me started on wait times!!!! Sometimes it is necessary to wait bring a book and a smile people!!!! I am in awe of the techs at IMI! I was in a terrible situation and needed X-rays to help under why. Previously I had tried but the pain in my hips & low back was too great for me to continue. So was sent here to get a CT Score done. Was told that my Insurance didn't cover it and I would have to pay. Then when I get home it was a approved for another facility. Not only that I got the letter with the approval. When I reached out to them with my wife who works in a Hospital billing department, the advised it is too late. This place is corrupt and and inept. Avoid at all costs. I will never go back to this place. If I could give 0 starts I would, they are uninformed, uneducated and unprofessional. Your care and wellbeing is an after thought. Disappointing. I was told they received approval from my insurance company for my MRI. They did not. My insurance company confirmed that the MRI had not been approved. My physician approved it, but they stated that it is up to the provider (in this case IMI) to get approval. IMI told me they had that approval. They did not. read more

The worst patient service of any place we've ever been.. My wife has called at least three time, waiting for a call back, never to receive a call. Do not expect to EVER get anyone on the phone. Very unprofessional in ever aspect of how they conduct their business, or lake their of. I don't see how they keep the doors opened. Business Office Experience-Wife comes back, they won't do my echo unless we pay $486.50 now. I give them my Care Credit card (%0), their system won't take my card. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Check in was a breeze, two MRIs were done in one visit. Results were sent to my doctor and in 5 days I was able to pick up my MRI summary. Staff is great, knowledgeable and curious. I have no issues with this facility a would recommend them for your imaging needs. read more

I begrudgingly (only at the annoying insistence of my doctor) went to this clinic for a mammogram, and I have to say I couldn't find one thing at all to complain about! When I called, I was offered a next-day appointment. When I arrived, check-in was simple enough,and everyone there was friendly and helpful. The young woman who actually did the mammogram was quite nice, professional and efficient. No probs at all anywhere! read more

This is the only place in town for imaging and the customer service is horrible. They don't care about folks and they have no compassion whatsoever. Was refered by my doctor to these incompent people, yes the staff are great but after a breast scan there was an obvious difference between the left and right breast in the images and I was told an implant was leaking and the surronding area was swollen. Two days later I get a report, which was also sent to my doctor that my breast exam was normal. My Indian doctor now thinks I'm making my pain up and thinks I'm lying. Of course she has done nothing for the swelling lump in my breast or the swollen lymph nodes in my neck. What does it take to find competent medical care in Citrus County. Certainly not Medical Imaging !!! read more

Worst place ever. Don't call back. Doesn't give results to dr in a timely manner. Time is of the essence

Absolute worst ever! first of all. i have been calling them every day and holding for an hour and then decide to do the call back, but they never call back. its a full time job to just get an appointment with them. I tried to do a walk-in, but the lobby was packed and its not worth the chance of covid to sit there with people needing medical attention. seats were not 6 feet apart and because the wait is so long, the patients were walking around... not six feet apart. dirty lobby and you can not make an appointment at the location, just through the phone. I finally gave up, went home and gave my business to another business. I am also sure they will not even contact me concerning this one star review. they dont care about us the patient, they care about the money they get from us only. read more

I'm sorry but this business is looking for a lawsuit or at least Faith is (X-ray tech) yesterday was ...my mom has been struggling to walk and she finally made it into the drs office for a shot on her knee to help the mobility.. sadly she referred her to IMI across the way to get X-ray to see what's going on.. my mother has a hip that goes out occasionally which makes it very hard to walk with well.. this tech told her she had to turn a certain way which my mom can't really do without lots of pain.. and explained this to her-nope she wasn't budging on making her move that way so now my mom is struggling even more to walk .. I'm going to recommend she never go back again to this place .. or ask for a different tech- we liked the front office girl she was very friendly but you'd think this tech might get a clue- she works primarily with the elderly from what I saw in the waiting room.. she needs to get a better bedside manner and understand some people just can't move how she expects.. read more

$75.00 "NO SHOW" FEE! I have gone there on and off for years. Everyone who actually does the procedures has always been very nice and accommodating but the non-medical staff, basically the business side, have sometimes been very cold. I am on SSD for a several reasons, mostly for injuries caused by other negligent parties. My problem here is that I had 18" of intestine and my appendix removed due to "cancer".Due to this sometimes I get terrible dysentery. Sometimes its one day but other times it can be a several day thing; sometimes I can eat or drink something and it just hits me, even something that usually doesn't bother me. I had 2 appointments 2 days in a row for an MRI and had to cancel the 1st one due to this intestinal upset and prayed I could make the one next day. I have waited 3 1/2 weeks to get my insurance approval and scheduled appointment and hated to cancel until I knew if I'd be alright. I also have narcolepsy and just can't sleep at night so I usually get to sleep at 6 or 7 and don't get up till 1 or 2pm. My appointment was at 1 pm today. I always ask them if I have to be there earlier and just write that time on my calendar. Today, after having my normal coffee I started getting terrible pains and had to run in the bathroom. I had some pains during the night just from drinking water but they passed sometimes they don't. The Point is I had to call to reschedule and had plenty of time to get there for 1pm when I called but "she" said I had to give 24 hour notice or they'd call me a "No Show". So I figured I'd go and try to get through it but if it happens at any point along the way it-would-be-simply-awful. I said I'd try and come but I am not sure I won't have to run to the bathroom. Well she said I was suppose to be there for 1:50 and its too late now! No one said this yesterday! As a "no show", NOW, they won't let me back until I pay a $75.00 "No Show" Fee! How Outrageous! People who have to go there have a health issues, some real serious and we don't need to be treated so poorly. We're not lowlife people, some of us have degrees and had great paying jobs until someone, like in my situation, ran a red light and nearly killed me and left me disabled for the rest of my life. WHY does something serious it have to happen to them before they realize Medical People and Facilities need more "compassion" and less "greed"! read more

It is apparent that the ultimate goal is money. I was on time and had done my prep. But I forgot the "order" so I had to have my husband bring it in. I was told I had 2 minutes and I said he would be there any minute and was just down the street. Still, without ANY understanding or logic I was told I needed to reschedule! TWO STINKING MINUTES! My husband was almost there! I am so pissed off! Thank God I wasn't scheduled for a colonoscopy. I'd like to know who runs this place and puts efficiency and the almighty buck before a very simple human error that was being rectified quickly! Just had bone density test, everyone from the front desk to the technician were professional and kind.

I dropped my order off for a mammogram over 4 weeks ago, they took a copy said they would contact me for scheduling. 2 weeks later I called them and they could not find my order.... Called my doctor who faxed it over to them and waited for them to contact me. 4 days later still no call, so I call them and they again can't find my order. How unorganized can one place be?? I dropped my order off MYSELF so I know that had it and my doctor says they absolutely faxed it over. This is just ridiculous!!! read more

Went there for an x-ray. Told to wait an hour or make an appoinment. I left due to there manner of speech. These people are very rude and arrogant. Someone needs to teach these non-medical personnel how to be nice to customers. This business just accepted a verbal order for an Air Force veteran's widow from her physician. They told us we had to have her there before 4:30pm. Upon arrival we were met by a very unknowledgeable receptionist that had acknowledged receipt of the order, but told me, the caregiver /son that they would not do the service. We wasted a trip and exposed the widow to the flu epedemic. Discrimination. Veterans beware. read more

Not so great. It took 3 attempts and a final phone call from our doctors office for them to acknowledge the receipt of an order for an ultrasound. We were told they did not think it was legitimate because it was from a Michigan doctor. Then they refused to accept our insurance provider because they were a Michigan company so we had to pay cash for the ultra sound. The technician who did the ultra sound was wonderful tough. So if you are from out of state seek another facility. read more

The staff has always gone out of their way to make sure my husband & I have everything we need to help make the testing as easy as possible. The front office has chased down paperwork, authorizations and dealt with other, less cooperative offices patiently on my behalf. :I have never been treated so unprofessionally at a medical facility as this one. My husband's appt was at 9:45 and we were called the day before to tell us to arrive by 9:30. We were there at 9:32. When my husband approached the reception desk, she handed him a form to fill out with medical information and said , "you're 4 minutes late!" My husband thought she was joking and sat down to fill out the form, which they already had one from an MRI test in a prior month. Then we were called to station 1 for what I thought was to give them a co-pay. The woman immediately said "you are late and we cant see you today." I was shocked because our appt was for 9:45 and we were there by 9:32. then she proceeded to say we couldn't get another appt for 2 weeks. I told her the appt was for 9:45 and we were on time. She was rude and didn't seem to care about anything except re-scheduling. My husband had to fast,plus no water or coffee for 4 hours before this test was to be done. I find it unbelievable that a medical facility can do this to a patient. The real truth in my eyes, is that they overbooked or messed something up in their appt book. I also had to re-schedule an appt with the Dr. that had referred him for the MRI the next day. It's funny how we can wait 2 hrs for an appt ,but if we are 2 min late they kick you out.
