I'm a tough critic on Vietnamese food so this review is for the non-locals visiting. Everything is absurdly expensive in my opinion and I can't say the price justifies the quality of what you get. My friend got pho and it tasted bland. My bun thit Nương also needed a lot more flavor overall. I wanted to like this place but it just wasn't it. The service was solid though and i know they're working hard!!

We had take out bahn mi sandwiches. They were good overall and will go back. We love pho so would like to try the pho as well! I have been craving bahn mi a lot lately and really enjoy Yummy Bahn Mi in Cedar Rapids but am on the hunt for something in the corridor/North Liberty area that is closer. Glad we have this option! They were on the smaller size for a sandwich and are more expensive than the other place mentioned - 10.95 vs 9.50. The sauce was great and always love the pickled veggies, cilantro and jalapeños combo flavor!!

Really good pho. I honestly was not expecting it to be so good. I've had some of the worst pho in my life in the Midwest so I was weary, but this place did not disappoint. Got the chicken pho and a Thai tea both were really really good. Large portions, waiter was really nice. Docking a star because I do feel like everything should've been 1-2$ cheaper

New pho in town at Iowa Pho on the coralville strip⁣. I got the Pho Specialty (Pho Dac Biet)⁣ and Special Baguette (Banh Mi Dac Biet)⁣ I got this as takeout and they did not skimp on meat, noodles, or broth, which made it worth it even more! Had enough for leftovers and they had everything I'd want including bean sprouts, onion, lime, and more. The Banh Mi had perfect bread that was chewy and be warned that it's spicy but in the best way ⁣was only in the place briefly to pick up but nice and open space. Staff had my food ready quickly.

This is the Pho place you've been waiting for. The Pho was delicious, they added Tofu at our request. The sandwich was perfect. The bread fresh with a crunchy crust. The pork prepared to perfection. Our server was fast and friendly. The decor is fast and comfortable. Will recommend, will try again. 10/10

Our first introduction to Pho and it was incredible. Fresh ingredients. Friendly server. Nice decor. Highly recommend.

Bahn mi, I left off the cilantro and jalapeños

Greeted immediately and given a seat. Staff was very helpful. Had them leave the cilantro and jalapeño off my Bahn mi. Sandwich was delicious with just enough kick, special baguette. Pho was huge!!! Delicious. Family added the plate of jalapeños, basil, and chili oil as he likes his hot! Again - huge. Biggest bowl of pho I have ever seen. Prices were appropriate for the size and freshness of ingredients. Love the decor. Person who brought the food was sweet. Water was delicious- had limes in it. Fresh fruit mango pineapple smoothie was great! Save it to calm the heat. Great visit. We stopped after I was picked up from the airport. Family live in IC. Definitely will return.

Iowa pho is my go to pho spot in Iowa City. They offer clean and flavorful broth with high-quality meats and fresh veggies/ herbs. Their pho is comparable to the ones I had in Seattle, NYC, California, and Huston. The owner and main waiter Thomas are always super nice, always patiently accommodating my special requests, as I am very particular about my pho. Some have complained about their prices, but with inflations, it would be hard for any restaurants to survive without raising their prices. I think they consistently deliver the quality that worth the price. Support local and give them a try!

Food was good, but wildly overpriced. The banh mi is half the size of a typical banh mi but 3x the price.

I decided to retry Tribute after 5 years. This time was a vast improvement over my last experience…read more The server was attentive without suffocating us. My husband had 2 Zero Eddys and the Tribute two for lunch. He raved about the lobster bisque. I had the Tribute two with French Onion Soup and a really wonderful piece of chicken parm, along with iced tea. We started our meal out with the Burrata Caprese and could have made a meal out of it! We will definitely return!

We're greeted promptly and seated right away. Our waitress took our drink order, two glasses of Sauvignon Blanc , a strawberry Mojito and a local brew. Their wine list is not great. When she returned with our drinks, we ordered some appetizers. We ordered the Wagyu meatballs, the Barrata, the Caio de Pepa, garlic rosemary fries, and the deviled eggs. Apps came out in a timely manner, and then we ordered dinner. For dinner we ordered the rigatoni and the pork belly carbonara (OMG). We ended the night with two desserts. The chocolate cheesecake and the blueberry cobbler à la mode. The ambience is definitely vibing & loud but you're still able to hold conversations at your table without having to talk louder. The place was packed. It was a Friday night. Our server was phenomenal. I'm sorry I didn't catch her name. The FOOD REVIEW: Wagyu meatballs-SKIP them. They didn't taste like wagyu to us & they were overcooked and dry EVEN sitting in tomato sauce. Ick, The Barrata app was our favorite! Very flavorful. Very appetizing. The Caio de Pepa-SKIP it. Not at all what I thought was ordered. How dare they put a fried spin on an iconic Italian dish. FAIL. Deviled eggs were tasty. We really liked the pickled jalapeño topper. Maybe add a bigger square of Bacon. Garlic Rosemary Fries-Nothing special but the garlic aïoli was tasty. The rigatoni-I love the authentic Italian egg touch. The pork belly carbonara-WINNER WINNER!!!!!! This was so delicious!!!!! I couldn't get enough of it even when I was full. Absolutely hits all of your taste buds & senses!!!! I'm craving it again tonight. I want to pickup an order to bring with me back to Arizona, for my foodie friends to try. It's that good. Don't pass on the pork belly carbonara.!!!!! Chocolate cheesecake-SKIP it. Nothing special. Blueberry cobbler à la mode-GET IT!!!! Wow!!!!! Another delicious option!!!!! If I could eat, the pork belly carbonara & the blueberry cobbler à la lode, every day for the rest of my life, I would be happy!!!!!!!!
