This is just a review based on communication by the business. I went in to have an issue with my iPhone volume (speaker) fixed. I was told I needed a new part that was not in stock but would take a week. I paid for the part and did not hear back. After 2 weeks and no word from the business, I stopped by an Apple store. They cleaned out the speaker and that fixed the problem. No new part needed and problem fixed in 10 mins. I followed up with the business and they said the part was on back order and would be in the next day or so. They did say I could get a refund if I came back to the shop with my receipt (not convenient). I was disappointed that they did not follow up to begin with and that if I had not gone by the Apple store I would have ended up paying for a part I never needed. read more

Last month I took my Apple IPHONE 12 in to have the screen replaced. I anticipated and expected to pay about $250 with tax. A short while after dropping the phone off they called and said it was only the phone's built-in cover that needed replacing , not the screen. The cost, $10. I didn't even realize the phone had a protective cover. How refreshing that there are still honest and thoughtful businesses/people in this world. Needless to say, I would highly recommend. Bought a new phone beginning of the year and a week after having it I dropped and cracked the screen. I was so bummed and came in the house immediately looking for a place to get it repaired. Called my carrier and without a insurance plan they wouldn't touch it . Found this place, sent a message as to the cost of fixing the screen, which had a response time of an hour, had a response within 5 minutes. Brought it in, they had to order the screen, took 2 days, went back after calling them to see if it was in and in 1 1/2 hours new screen as if it were new again. They handed me the phone said try everything before you leave to make sure it works. Had minor glitch but they fixed it and made it right. My iPhone 7 Plus was in need of a camera glass repair. The outside glass covering the camera was cracked and the pictures taken were coming out of focus and with streaks. I desperately needed the camera glass replaced. IPhix Cellphone Repairs gave me the best deal for $30. They also recommended that I replace my old original battery since it was only 72% capacity. Great price! I had went in to get the front screen of my Iphone 11 fixed. Unfortunately two days later my phone started acting up. My face ID rarely works. When people call me my screen is black, forcing my to decline the call and call then back right after.
