My iPad battery seemed to be draining quickly, so I requested an estimate for a replacement. Ask got back to me fairly quickly with a very reasonable price. When I took it in, a very professional young man named Jaun helped me. He explained that it might not be a bad battery just a lot of app's running in the background. He agreed to keep it and test it for me. Turns out the battery was fine. The point- they could have taken the easy sale and replaced my battery, but they had the integrity to do the right thing. These people don't honor their own warranty and would fix a phone without the owners consent. Staff got defensive when I brought my phone they previously fixed, saying that this time it's a different problem. Staff member appeared hostile when questioned about the repair. In response to Zak, yes we brought the receipt , yes it's within the warranty you guys gave, but your employee said otherwise. So his resolution was to undo the job that he did not ask the permission for. I feel that my son was taken advantage of. read more

took my husband I phone 14 pro to get the back screen fix they used a after market not actual size in the camera, have to took it multiple times back to get fixed. They never got a fix. I brought my iPhone in because it wouldn't turn on at all and Apple said they couldn't do anything to fix it. This place said they would diagnose it the day I brought it in (about a week ago at this point) and give me a call that day to let me know what they could do. They said if it was a motherboard issue it would be about two to three days to get it fixed and $150. A week later and they still haven't even figured out what exactly is wrong with the phone. They are just now sending my phone to their "advanced technician" to get it properly diagnosed. Oh and they also said now it'll be about TEN DAYS for me to get my phone back. By the way getting information from this place is like pulling teeth. I think they've said they would call me and tell me what's going on about 3 or 4 times now and the only time I've ever heard from them is when I personally call them and get the info out myself. Anyways I'm really not happy with the way this place has handled this at all. I should've just taken my phone elsewhere. read more

I was stuck in traffic for an hour trying to get here before the store closed and made it in only 15 mins before closing. When I walked inside a man working at the front (didn't catch his name, apologies) was already working on a phone but said he'd be alright to stay a little bit after closing hours to help me with my cracked phone.
