He fixed my screen and for $10 extra he fixed my down button. I dropped my phone twice on a hardwood floor, and not only did it crack, but the entire top row of my phone became unresponsive to touch. I brought my phone to Tommy the next morning and he fixed it in about 10-15 minutes. He also provided me with a screen protector for $10. After leaving, I used my phone as I normally do, but noticed that the screen became unresponsive to touch yet again after a few minutes of activity. I decided to go back and gave Tommy a call. If you have a cracked screen...DO NOT GO HERE. I dropped my Iphone5 Monday morning while in a rush to go to work. As a result, my screen cracked. It sucked, I was bummed, but whatever...I'll go get it fixed. So I did my research and found Tommy. Met him up at the address that was listed, he wasn't there yet so I waited. He finally rolls up and proceeds to fix my phone in the trunk of his car. It was hot as all hell standing outside waiting for him to fix it, but he finally did and it looked fine. Brought it home and noticed that the content bleeds out for about 3 seconds when i unlock my phone, whatever no biggie. The next day rolls around and I have my phone in my purse while grocery shopping. I come home and checked my phone and there was a one inch crack on the screen. Wth? Didn't I just get my phone fixed? How is it going to crack from being jostled in my purse? Keep in mind, I have dropped my phone on on concrete numerous times and it hasn't crack until that last time. I knew my phone was fixed using after market products but this must be some really bad material for it to crack so easily. Tommy stated that there was a 30 day warranty so I figured I'll just bring it back to him. I texted him the next morning and he said he would take a look at it. He said to meet him at 11AM so I took a break from work and met him at 11AM. Got there and he wasn't there. He then text me and told me to wait 30 mins for him. I told him NO, I had to go back to work. He then calls me and I explained the situation to him and he said that the warranty doesn't cover it. So what does the warranty cover then? You should stand by your work and he made no effort to help me out at all. At this point, I'm just fed up. I keep trying to explain to him that it's only been one day. And get this, he yelled some crap at me that I couldn't even understand and HUNG UP on me. Unbelievable. I was stunned for a minute, like... did this just happen? This a not a real business folks. Just some guy driving around in his car profiting from other people by using crap material. Pay a little bit more to actually go to a legitimate establishment to fix your phones. Incredible. Glad I found this place! My charging port on iPhone 7 broke, my camera took videos and pics with a dark shadow, my screen protector was cracked on the sides, had bubbles, and my battery only last about an hour fully charged.
