I promised Tommy that i'll be his 41st yelp reviewer but due to work load I wasn't able to do it the same day he repaired my phone. Last Wednesday night I was so drunk and accidentally dropped my phone, got small nicks on the bottom frame. I contacted Tommy early Thursday morning and met him after an hour. If you ever need to replace your cracked screen on your iPhones, then Tommy is your man! My sister's iPhone 5 and my phone, iPhone 5s' screens were in terrible conditions; the glass were falling off and it just looked like a spider's web masterpiece. We called him on July 4th, forgetting that it was a holiday, we asked if he was available, obviously he wasn't but he asked us if it was urgent, making sure if we need any help. We told him, we'll call him the next day. I called him the next day, he was currently out but he said that if he was free within that day, he'll call me, which he did and made an appt for the following morning! He works right at the trunk of his car. All the pieces of iPhone and maybe galaxy parts were organized in separate drawers. He knew what he was doing. Giving a one star review simply because I had messaged the location for a quote and although I found the price reasonable I did end up upset. My boyfriend had asked prior and they had said 70 for an iPad mini 3 screen replacement; however, when I asked -just to clarify- with my own account they said 75. Again, not a bad price. BUT, after I decided to give it a shot and drove a few miles in heavy rain and traffic, I end up finding out that the place was not even open and no one was answering the phone when I called again. I needed my iPhone 8 Plus screen replaced after I dropped and cracked it down the middle (The phone was in perfect condition otherwise.) I've used iphone paramedics twice. One time because my power button failed on me. The second time today because I crAcked my screen the night before playing golf. I had my iPhone XS Max screen replaced by Tommy back in July 2019. He replaced it WAY cheaper than Apple would have charged me. At first it would occasionally spaz out, so I just dismissed it. Then just a few days ago (late October 2019) it spazzed so much that it was impossible to use. I took it back to Tommy even though it was way passed the 30 day "warrantee" and explained to him what was going on. He said he'd replace it for free even though it was passed 30 days, since it wasn't cracked. I left it with him, and came back a few hours later and it was totally fixed~ He even gave me a free screen protector~ Just a quick tip though, if you're going in the morning, I'd call first. I got there at 10am (supposed to open at 10), and he wasn't there. I called him and he said he had some emergency errands. There were 2 other people too who ended up leaving because they came at 10 and it wasn't open yet. He came around 10:45. Not a big deal, things can happen when you run your own business. It was good that he answered the phone and gave me an estimate of when he'd be there. But yeah, I recommend calling ahead to make sure he's there in the morning. 5 stars because even though first replacement wasn't last replacement, he fixed it at no extra cost. When he completed the work, he asked for my pass code. He typed in the wrong pass code and forced a lock out and reset of my phone.
