I found this place via Yelp reviewers, and I have to say, I totally agree with all these 5 star reviews! First I called on a Saturday to see if they were open and was happy to hear they were open until 6 pm. Not only that, but they will take walk-ins! AND he said it would only take about 10 minutes to change my broken screen on my iPhone X! I told the guy on the phone I would go there soon -- at the time it was only 2pm. Shortly after 5pm, I get a call, and it turns out to be Northridge iPhone repair asking me if I was still planning on coming in. It sounded like they were genuinely worried about closing the doors and me not getting my phone fixed (also they are closed on Sundays, so they didn't want me to be out of a phone the whole weekend). How cool is that? I ended up walking in the following Saturday. Its' a tiny little office on the second floor of the building, and the guy there (I'm so sorry I forgot his name) was so helpful and did a good quick job. I told him I wanted to spend the least amount of money because I was just fixing the screen so I could send it in and get credit for my upgrade to an iPhone 12 max pro. During the time I was there I saw him handle other customers including a walk-in who he gave good advice to. For their situation they should go to the apple store, because it would void their warranty if he fixed it, and it should be included in their suscription apple care. I thought it was a sign of good character to turn away a customer that would have paid decent money but would not be in their best interest. He even pointed out to us that we shouldn't just replace a battery just because we're here, if nothing is wrong with it. He said the glue that seals our phone and makes our phone waterproof would be broken Last but not least, I was really happy to pay with Venmo. Taron is an ANGEL. I called plenty of iPhone repair shops this morning frantically trying to find a place that is reliable, feasible, QUICK, and legit. I found this shop and felt so happy. I showed up at 11am with my iPhone needing it to be fixed by 1pm. Taron guaranteed it would be fixed by then and it was. Not only did Taron fix my phone for an amazingly feasible price (for example places like ibreakufix were trying to charge $500-600 for this small repair), he also added on a glass protectant on the front and a camera protectant on the back because I told him I drop my phone a lot. Had my screen replaced, within a month the screen separated at the top, when I took it back they only glued it back together instead of replacing their faulty parts. This immediately caused issues with the front camera. Then when more problems persisted with the screen malfunctioning I took it to another shop to have it fixed properly where they showed me everything that this company did wrong, that includes not replacing the water resistant seal and not removing the plastic protectors on this inside so it could connect properly hence the malfunctioning screen. Wow! I'm SO glad I found this place. Here's why.... I dropped my phone in the gym and alas the screen shatters, pressing down on my keypad which disabled the phone making it totally unusable. Like everyone, I use my phone for everything and can't be without it for a day so showed up at Northridge iPhone Repair wondering if they could help. They fixed my screen in 10 minutes for only $80 and told me how to undisable my phone via iTunes. Amazing! The guy who fixed it was incredibly polite and very reluctant to accept a tip. My girlfriend dropped her phone last night and crack just her glass display screen. So when I was looking for a shop near us that had good reviews, I came upon this one. I called first just to get a quick estimate which the price was very reasonable. When we got there, the complex was kind of difficult to find since suite #203 was hidden on the other side of the building but we found it. The owner was very knowledge and friendly explaining the different glass screen we can get and he took around 15 minutes to replace the screen. I wish all businesses conducted themselves like this one does. After a very long saga involving Apple and a similar / competing service shop, my screen was cracked and driving me batty with Touch ID and certain areas of the screen not responding from the first day the other replaced it. One stop to Northridge iPhone repair, conveniently located just south of Nordhoff on Reseda with 2 hour parking free up front, and my phone is looking fresh, the screen is crisp and responsive, and the Touch ID is working again. Didn't realize how blurry the aftermarket screen is in comparison! Not only that: I was also referred here by other shops when I said I wanted it done right using original Apple glass not aftermarket. This apparently is one of the few places willing to do it right and using the right stuff. I'm glad I waited to come here. And will be back for any future needs without hesitation. The owner is a good guy guy and a good conversationalist as well. 5 stars doesn't seem enough. I can easily say that Northridge iPhone Repair is by fair the best iPhone repair shop. I've gotten my iPhone 5C fixed by two other shops and was not pleased both times because for some reason every time I got it back there was another flaw added to the phone (I.e. My home button wasn't as great as it was when I first took it in, my earpiece wasn't working, etc) of course these other places did fix the problem it was just a hassle to go back. I've had my phone for a few days now and have not notice a single flaw yet! They were friendly, quick, and did a quality job. They even threw in a free screen protector! I came in without an appointment and the whole procedure took less than 15 minutes! Although I hope not to be back anytime soon, I will be back if needed. I drove there ASAP b/c I had called around and the Apple store as well as Target charged $160+. The place itself is a bit hidden but you can park right on Reseda BLVD and walk into the office building. They are located all the way to the back on the second floor. They were very quick with changing my screen. I noticed it looked a bit weird on the side so I pointed that out and they replaced it with no hesitation bc it was a faulty screen that was only visual with a bright screen. The screen became very sensitive to touch when I was on phone calls and other issues occurred with texting as well. I attempted to take the phone in to get serviced a few times and the store was always closed. I tried calling numerous times as well and no answer and no message returned. simply awesome!! i came in yesterday as a walk-in for a battery change, and unfortunately they didn't have the right part (my phone is super old ), but i was promised by the owner that he would come back today (a sunday and a holiday, at that!). when i messaged him that i had to have emergency dental surgery this morning, and would be running late, and that maybe we should wait until tomorrow, he insisted that he gave his word it would be fixed today, and that he would wait for me until i was able to come to the shop. he also sent a really sweet text wishing me well for my surgery. i went straight from my appointment to the shop, and my phone was literally as good as new in ten minutes flat, AND all of my data and apps and photos were still intact! i had forgotten what it's like to be able to use my phone without being tethered to a charger 24/7. it also doesn't get hot while i'm holding it any more. so awesome! i once brought my phone (same model) to an apple store for the same issue, and they took all day to finally tell me they couldn't fix it, and actually broke my phone, so i lost all of the data and photos. so impressed with this service and happy to know they are there! will definitely be a repeat customer, and would recommend highly to anyone! read more

I called first to make sure it's open, since google indicates that it opens at 10 am, while yelp says 11 am. When the person answered, he admitted he's going to be late, so I waited until 11:45 am. But when I went inside, he fixed my phone right away and I was out of there before 12:30 pm. He charged me $100 for screen repair, plus screen protector, and battery replacement (I have an Iphone 6 Plus). I insisted for him to charge me for tip but he declined my offer and told me to just leave a good Yelp review (which I'm doing at the moment hehe). Although I waited for quite a while, I appreciated his honesty, diligence and friendliness. I had an issue with my iPhone before where I got the earpiece a little wet with sweat on my ear and the volume level significantly reduced. Took it to apple and they charged me to replace the earpiece. I figured I'd try somewhere else this time after the same thing happened. All he did was scraped out some of the dirt on top of the speaker grille and voila. Took 1 minute and he did not charge me. I couldn't believe that was the problem. The pocket lint and dirt basically congealed when it got wet creating a seal and blocking out the sound. He could have easily charged me and said he did the work.
