I made an appointment and when we arrived we were greeted but the nicest gentleman. You can tell he was an honest man. He told us it would only take 15min. I finally managed to crack my iPhone screen after accidentally dropping my phone about a zillion times, and it was completely shattered. I fell, slammed my phone, screen down, on a rock, and literally felt the screen shatter under my hands. I couldn't see texts I was typing and you could feel the glass shards on the side of my phone because of the damage. And two days before Christmas with Covid, almost 6pm, the Apple stores were closed and my cell phone carrier required appointments that I couldn't get for at least a week. I had a true pleasure dealing with Ramin with his funny jokes, who also was able to resurrect my iPhone to life! I traveled all the way to Apple Store in Sacramento (YES! the only one open with limited service at a large parking lot of Arden Fair Mall) and was told that my iPhone cannot be repaired but given the opportunity to replace with a new same iPhone with limited warranty.
