I had a pretty good initial experience, but unfortunately a bad one more recently. I originally replaced a cracked screen on my phone 10 months ago. The technician was kind and replaced the screen very quickly. The quality of the screen itself was pretty good--it wasn't the exact same as the genuine Apple product, but very close and I was fine with that given the service and price. ($94 vs $130 at Apple.) Unfortunately, a couple of days ago the screen stopped working entirely. Nothing appears on the screen, and it won't respond to touch, but the rest of the device is working fine--I hear the notification sounds and reminders, Bluetooth still works etc. I called up the shop to have it replaced, but the technician was going to charge me again for a full screen replacement. I asked if he offered a warranty since the new screen was replaced less than a year ago, and he said no they do not, and that nobody offers warranties, not Apple or anyone. I told him that Apple *does* in fact offer a 1-year warranty (separate from Apple Care), but that didn't make a difference. His stance seemed to be that screens don't just break on their own, and he shouldn't be on the hook for whatever happens after the phone leaves his store. I obviously did not break the phone--there's very clearly no damage of any kind. So it's extremely disappointing that this store is not able to stand behind the quality of their screens with any sort of guarantee that it continues working the moment you step out of the store. read more

My elderly Dad's screen was broken, and he and my nephew found this shop, the person there charged him over $300 to repair the screen and it took 3 days due to parts. The phone is a Samsung A30, so obviously the value of the phone is less than the repair, but my dad just wanted his data and photos , so he forked it over. Fast forward a couple weeks later the phone goes black, calls the shop and its the owner, who states he was out of the country when the other person did the repair, he seemed taken back by the initial charge too,(like he didn't believe it) and agreed to re-look at the phone, he did fixed it, needless to say a couple weeks later, black screen again.
