On the day of appointment, they didn't have us scheduled. Then they made adjustments to have Dax come for our appointment, since he completed the inspection and provided the quote. Once he started to do the work, he changed the price at the day of the appointment because he said to the office that he didn't give a quote for the entire building, although 3 separate tenants including the owner was given this price. There wasn't any contract or invoice sent over prior to the appointment, so this displayed faulty business. Secondly, the guys left cement residue on my outdoor mat which demonstrated the lack of care to the customers property. I informed the owner about this and he got very rude and disrespectful about the pricing issue mentioned above when that wasn't our problem. It was the technician Dax who didn't provide us with an accurate quote to be hired for the job. Lastly, the issue that was shared was in the ceiling. Dax advised that the outdoor soil needed to be treated first before they could assess the indoor ceiling issue. This didn't make any sense to me but we obliged to have the soil treated first. Well, less than 7 DAYS, the ceiling issue is back !! I informed Jason about this, and he mentioned that they couldn't come back until the full balance has been covered. Although, this was the main reason why they were hired and should have assessed the ceiling first, they are choosing to have us pay for a service that wasn't completed since the pest issue has reappeared less than 7 DAYS again!! They spent 4 days totally repairing all the wood damaged and 1 day on paint. I want to specially call out that our main carpenter Adrian F. did a great quality job and addressed all of my concerns. There is another carpenter Eric who worked one day with Adrian who also did a good job. The tenting was done and scheduled accordingly. We also had Daniel come in and perform the bora care treatment professionally. There were some hassles in between including the underestimation of number of days that were needed for wood repair. Scheduling issues that 5 days of repair work got scattered into 4 weeks. The first day one carpenter put a dent on my brand new AC unit when he hammered down the fascia board. Also one section of the wood support was not done right, more than 2 rafter tails in a row got cut the roof eave so it was sagging and caused us a panic. They sent their manager to address our concerns and assure that it was corrected and that the correct work would be done. The carpenters fixed the previous mistakes and did great work in the end. So overall not a smooth experience yet I am willing to give it 5 stars because they did honor the original quote, and ended up doing more wood repair than originally quoted as it was discovered during the process. Thus going above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the work despite the initial issues.

I had gotten quite a few quotes from various vendors for tenting and trenching Termidor and Nykor provided a no-tent solution that was priced competively and only a few hundred more than the traditional methods of tenting/ trenching, and they offered the same 2 year guarantee that all the competitors offered. They worked with me to inspect the home and noted their findings and gave me a very clear invoice and quote to my email. I had a good experience for a whole home Termite Service from Tony and Chris, they arrived promptly on 3/31/2026 and proceeded to treat the bare wood areas of my home inside my garage and inside my interior home attict, and also the subteranean area under my home and base boards per their quote. The service took about 2.5 hours and it was relatively painless beyond some overspray clean up on my appliances and lighting fixtures, they were very clear to cover and remove any paper items like books, and I moved everything off the walls for the interior spraying as best I could per the instructions. The service went well, and as it takes time to see if the treatment worked given that they sprayed Termidor, I cleaned up all the frass/ termite droppings i could see in the affected areas and I will ask them to come back next year around this time for an inspection or If i see more activity and once the 2 year guarantee is over, subscribe for them to come back to inspect and do a treatment of any newly affected areas. The only issue was they charged me the wrong price at the end but promptly refunded the amount and charged me properly, which is one of the most honest things I've seen any vendor do, then their payment went through the next day.

We had just started using the HVAC system and had an issue with a leak that created moisture allowing gnats to breed. We did not end up needing Nykor's services as shutting the system off for a few days fixed the issue. I really appreciated their advice and integrity. They said they could come out and treat the issue but didn't want to have us pay for something that would only treat the symptoms and not the actual root problem. I'd like to update my review since my first stellar review was for the initial estimate process…read moreonly and I said I would update (but forgot). It's been 5 years and we've had plenty of people up in our attic since Rodent Masters completed our job and any time someone goes up there, I beg them to check and double check to ensure there are no rodent droppings. During this time, we have not heard a peep in the attic which is a complete 180 from what we were hearing before - it always sounded like the rats were having a party up there in the middle of the night. The process took about a month from start to finnish because the first thing they do is cover and patch all holes or entrances up so that nothing can get in (or out) and not just outside of the house but inside the attic and inside every single area from within the house. It's a LOT of work but they did it very well. Then, they came back and, in our case, because things were so bad, they sucked out all of the insulation and then reinsulated the entire attic with much higher quality material than what had been removed. Then they came back on final time to ensure there was no activity. So, I have no reason not to continue recommending Rodent Masters and I have for the last 5 years. I do think I will contact them soon though just to have someone do a walk around to ensure there are no new holes that have developed since they were last here. Highly recommend and I'm glad to see that the reviews continue to be outstanding since the one I gave 5 years ago!

He blamed me for various things like questioning why he wanted our crawl space 100% open during his trapping. He lied and said he removed and reset traps when he did not. I was home on the days he said he was there, my dog barks, and I checked the trap several times a day. This guy simply was lying about resetting the trap. He abandoned our house completely for 13 days. After a skunk sprayed under our house a second time while Daddys Pest Control was supposedly helping me with the problem, the smell was so bad we couldn't be in half our house for 3 days. I fired him. I hired a much better trapper who in less than 24 hours trapped and removed the skunk for half the price. Basically I paid this man $500 to do nothing, and a different guy $250 to trap and remove a skunk. 2 stars for his responsiveness to the first call and coming out to get the first $500 check and set a trap two or three times with cat food that caught a possum that was not the problem. Zero stars on actually doing what we needed him to do. A competent trapper getting the job done quickly with 24 hours of firing Daddy's Pest Control is all you need to know. He might be great for ants or bugs, but look elsewhere for bigger pests like skunks or rats. I am not trying to kill anyone's livelihood here, but this man is definitely not your guy for skunks or rats.
